This section of my website is devoted to exploring who and what we are...in how we are much more than who we think we are. Each blog in my Out And About series is a one-year collection of experiences that I had during 2017-2025 with medical qigong, acupuncture, the chol q'ij (Mayan time-energy cycles), daily energy work, and dreams. These practices have higher-level connections with music and with the stars.

"Out and about" is an expression I like to use for experiences that give us a first-hand knowledge that we are not just residents of Earth. Rather, we are part of a vast community of Life throughout the cosmos. We can be out and about in exploring it, as we also go deeper within to discover more of who we are.
