This collection of entries from my Out And About blogs describes experiences that Michael Perfetto and I are having with various kinds of Star Nations technology (including consciousness technology) through dreams and our energy work.

Out And About 1 (2017)
8/15 hemi-sync: I was in a library and knew that it represented my Higher Self. The library contained records of the multitude of lifetimes, as a Source Energy Being, that I have had on Earth and in many other places: different star systems, galaxies, dimensions, etc. (Visions of my Higher Self have also come to me as a huge cable containing a countless number of strands, with each one being a lifetime.)
10/17 dream: I was shown a book of energy maps (my understanding of what they were). Each page had fluid-like shapes and vibrant colors. As the dream continued, I was in a very large room. The room had hundreds of these maps, perhaps 5 or 6 feet high, and they were suspended in the air.
10/22 dream: On a large starcraft. Rather than focusing on details about it, I was more interested in the crew. They were from different star systems, and it was clear that they worked together with deep respect, love, and cooperation.
12/24 dream: Another dream about being on a starcraft. As I woke up, there was a sense that something of importance had taken place.
Out And About 2 (2018)
1/22 dream: I was shown Star Nations technologies that can transform toxic sites into pristine land.
4/22 dream: I was flying (by myself) in a small anti-gravity craft over a large city. As this happened, I thought to myself, "I know how to use this technology!"
5/23 medical qigong: I had my first medical qigong treatment with Michael Perfetto. The energy work was deeply profound, and I felt right at home with it. During the session, a vision came to me of a starcraft hovering directly over the building. Afterwards, I said to Michael, "This is cutting-edge stuff."
8/24 dream: On a starcraft. I saw technology that served as an interface between me and the craft. There was also something about Mars.
9/19 medical qigong: I was inside a pyramid structure. It was familiar to me. There was an understanding that it is in the Electra star system (part of the Pleiades star cluster). For Michael, the energies were so powerful that he needed to refocus several times on what he was doing. (Entry 4/2 in Out And About 5 has more about this pyramid.)
Out And About 3 (2019)
1/23 message: "This is how it's done in the stars." (Referring to medical qigong.)
3/13 dream: Looking at a screen that displayed complex charts. My human mind had no frame of reference for what I was seeing. However, on some level, I was taking them in. It was hard to wake up from this dream. I could not remove myself from the charts. After the dream, there was an understanding that, at some point in this physical life, I would understand them.
4/5 medical qigong: Michael saw an image of a large structure. I saw it as having a radiant white color. Three Star Beings were standing in front of the structure, and there was an understanding that they were Arcturians. It felt to me that I had a connection with them and this place. (See Encounters With Arcturus And Alnilam.)
4/24 medical qigong: A vision came to Michael of the three Star Beings that we first saw several weeks ago. They told him to "keep doing this" (medical qigong for me). Inside the Arcturian structure, I saw a beam of white light going from my heart out to the stars. Then, the beam split into a vast number of them. Each beam was connected to a particular star system having an advanced planetary civilization. With this, words came into my mind: "These are the Star Nations."
7/5 dream: Our old family car, a 1956 Oldsmobile convertible, was being upgraded with advanced technology. (Similar dreams about the car have come to me in recent years.)
Out And About 4 (2020)
5/13 vision and dream: While doing a qigong practice, a vision came to me of a starcraft overhead. Later, in a dream, I was on the craft. (This combination of a vision and a dream was unusual.)
6/1 dream: I saw a device that had an oblong shape. A diagram was on it. As I held this device in the dream, I knew that it was used in healing practices similar to acupuncture in the stars.
6/14 vision: At our farmhouse in WV. When we arrived and walked across the yard toward the house, I felt a quality of energy that was new to me. (However, there was also something familiar about it.) Later, I was standing on the porch. Feeling this energy again, I looked up and saw a starcraft partially materialize in the sky. I felt a deep joy and mentally sent love and gratitude to the crew. In return, I felt love and gratitude from them. (This actually happened.)
8/12 medical qigong: While doing energy work on me, Michael looked down and saw a THIRD HAND. Amazed, he turned and saw a Pleiadian standing next to him who was helping us.
10/19 dream: I observed a team of Star Beings working on an advanced technology craft. One of the technicians explained what they were doing and showed me several parts.
Out And About 5 (2021)
1/29 medical qigong: There was a small flash of white light, and within it was the face of a Star Being (Arcturian, I sensed). It was right in front of my face for several moments, and then it disappeared.
3/19 medical qigong: I found myself on Mars. (There was no traveling. Rather, I was suddenly there.) I had an understanding that intelligent life is on that planet. However, they are in a higher frequency range. Then, I was walking in a long tunnel or corridor (into an underground complex, I sensed).
4/2 medical qigong: I was inside a golden pyramid. (I first encountered it in 2018. See entry 9/19 in Out And About 2.) The structure is extremely ancient, and I saw it as being hollow or like an inverted funnel. Looking for words to describe it, I heard “making deep connections.” And, there was an understanding that Beings from many star systems come to this pyramid for energy work...that it has special functions. Then, Michael received a message for me: "Kazinan is home." (This was after he mentally asked the question, "What does Roger need to know at this time?") Doing an energy reading on the word kazinan, I understood that it is the fourth planet in the Electra star system (Pleiades star cluster). I also understood that the golden pyramid is on that planet.
Note: My energy readings use a combination of a pendulum, intuition, and energetic sensations in the body (in particuar, when there is a strong "yes"). The idea for a pendulum came to me from Robin Johnsen (family friend and acupuncturist). In having acupuncture with her, she suggested that I use a pendulum to test herbs and supplements to see if they are beneficial for me. (This is similar to muscle testing that I have experienced with chiropractors.) Then, over time, I found that I could use it in deeper ways.
4/9 medical qigong: I saw myself with a Council and heard the words "increasing sensitivity." When Michael worked on my heart (element fire), he saw blue water energy and whales.
5/25 medical qigong: We were inside the Arcturian structure that I have written about in several entries. This is a place of highly refined energies. I saw countless energy strands coming to me from planets in the Star Nations community. Then, I heard the words "full spectrum."
6/8 medical qigong: I saw a spider web, and it turned into a holographic image of a vast number of Star Nations connections. Toward the end of the session, I saw myself wearing different clothes. They had a silver, metallic-like color, and the material was unusually lightweight. For Michael, a word that came to him was "arcane" (understood by few, mysterious, or hidden).
6/15 medical qigong: I felt the presence of three Star Beings in the room. They were helping Michael with the energy work. The experience was so vivid that there was a sense of them communicating telepathically. Then, a vision came to Michael of a woman, perhaps in her 50's, with silver hair and powerfully vibrant energies. As he described her, I immediately knew that this was my primary Guide appearing to him in a human form (she is a Reptoid Star Being). Two additional things stood out for me today: I was with a Council and then saw the silver clothes again (entry 6/8).
Update 6/22: I now have an understanding that the clothing is actually a silver robe, and it has embedded Star Nations technology.
6/22 medical qigong: There was another vision of energy work being done simultaneously on multiple levels of myself. This time, it was much more vivid. Then, there was a brief vision of Michael as a tall Reptoid Star Being. The energies were profoundly powerful. When he worked on my heart, there was an image of a planet, and I knew that it was Kazinan (entry 4/2). Michael also felt the presence of a number of Star Beings who were helping us. At one point, he heard, "Do not try so hard." He relaxed, and then there was a more powerful flow of energies. Toward the end of the session, there was another vision of the silver robe that I had seen in our last two sessions (6/8 and 6/15).
Note: Following is information that I received from a Star Nations friend about this robe and my role with it: "Seems like it processes information, almost like super data. Very special indeed. The most advanced of data processing. Seems like you are a key go between, connector. You have been so important in these ventures, going between different groups, functioning like a spider’s web, connecting star systems, councils, teams..."
7/6 medical qigong: I saw myself again on planet Kazinan. I was with a Council and understood that an important part of my work is to connect with Kazinian frequencies (like a tuning fork), maintain them as much as possible in my state of being, and ground them with the Earth.
7/13 vision: At the Outer Banks (NC). A clear night sky. The Milky Way was breathtaking. A vision came to me of sky serpents (entry 7/14 in Out And About 4). There were also what appeared to be windows with soft light coming through them. (It seemed to me that this was a starcraft. However, only the windows were visible.) They were in the air with the sky serpents.
8/17 medical qigong: Surrounded with love. A vision came to me of being in space and seeing the Earth. Then, the vision expanded to include other star systems and planets. There was a profound sense of intelligence in all of this, along with a sensation of being in a higher range of frequencies. For Michael, several visions came to him: an obelisk (on another planet) and a hand-held triangular object having a narrow space that went vertically from the base to the apex. This formed two sections within the triangle. Michael also said that the object had a metallic appearance and sharp edges.
8/23 message: "It's all about frequency. Change the frequency and the ways that duality are expressed will change." (Love, compassion, unity = higher frequencies. Fear, hate, division = lower frequencies.)
8/31 medical qigong: A vision of a massive community (in the stars), and I was connected with it. Three images came to Michael: a ship plowing through a large wave, an obelisk, and two Mantis Star Beings looking through a window. For me, the ship speaks to staying on course in the midst of everything that is happening in the world. Doing energy readings on the other images, I understood that the obelisk is on Kazinan and the two Star Beings are collaborating with the Mantis, who is one of my Guides.
9/28 medical qigong: I felt a shift...that my awareness was in the etheric body, rather than the physical, and there were sensations of highly refined energies. The words "quiet light" came to me again (entry 8/3 in Out And About 5). I then saw myself as being like a starcraft. That is, in having these experiences, I can go wherever I want, a journey is instantaneous, and I am part of a team. Michael mentally asked, "What does Roger need to know at this time?" In response, a vision came to him of large amounts of information or energies encoded as strands of light. As he described them to me, I said, "This is sixth dimensional!" (It felt like an inner knowing.)
10/8 vision: While doing a grounding practice, I saw myself on a starcraft and experienced strands of light coming into my energy field. (Michael told me about this in our previous session on 9/28.) I began to see a fast stream of "energy packets" (they went by in a blur), and there was an understanding that each one conveyed particular higher-level experiences...not information in a conventional sense. Then, there was a message: "This goes beyond the person who is receiving it."
Update 10/11: There is an understanding that the Mantis Beings in entry 8/31 played a role with these strands.
10/13 medical qigong: We quickly noticed how this session was built upon previous ones. Similar to our 9/28 session, there was a sensation of being above my physical body. This time, there was also a vision of infinite space, stars, and a vast web of energy connections. During our session on 6/22, there was a brief vision of Michael as a tall Reptoid Star Being. Now, I saw him this way through much of the session. When I told Michael about it, he said a message had come to him: "There are two of us." (I took that to mean the human and Star Being parts of himself.) Additionally, when Michael worked on my heart, he received an image of Mars as a message for me (entry 3/19 was also about Mars). Toward the end of the session, I saw a Mantis Being on my left side who was helping us. Michael told me that he felt a presence in that part of the room. Finally, there was a vision of a very large starcraft. The craft was oblong and had a lattice pattern with metal strips and windows along its sides. Throughout the session, there was a feeling of "refined simplicity"...of being in higher frequencies.
Note: Doing an energy reading on my heart connection with Mars, there was an understanding that I had been a member of several Star Nations teams that were sent to Mars in the distant past. It also appears that I have had roles in other Star Nations projects for that planet. (See Encounters With Mars.)
Out And About 6 (2022)
1/12 message: For the past year, I have been experiencing energy strands that form a web of connections to planets in the Star Nations community. Then, as part of a daily practice, the energies are grounded with Earth. A realization came to me today that, in doing this, one needs to work at multiple levels of themselves. The connecting work with the energy strands takes place at a higher level, and grounding them needs to be done from within physical Earth life.
1/18 medical qigong: There was a vision of Michael and me with my Guides and other Star Beings. We stood with them at their frequency level, and there was a distinct sense of equality...that all of us were teammates. Then, when Michael worked on my heart, he saw a stone archway surrounded with mounds of snow. An orange light came through the entrance. There was an understanding that this site is in Antarctica. As Michael drew a sketch of it, I suddenly said, "Mars...there is a connection with Mars!" (This came as an inner knowing.) Later, at home, I did energy readings on the site and understood that it is an ancient transportation system (Arcturian technology, I sensed) between Earth and Mars. The site has been dormant for a very long time. However, at some point it will be reactivated.
2/8 dream: Saw a device that used light frequencies for healing work.
2/16 medical qigong: I told Michael how the word multidimensional has been coming into my mind. For me, this word conveys a vision of my "Earth self" and "Pleiadian self" as one Being -- not separate entities -- having lives simultaneously on multiple levels. (Michael has similar experiences.) After the energy work, Michael sketched an image that came to him. The object was similar to a trident. However, the middle prong was much shorter than the outer two. (The middle prong is normally longer in depictions of a trident.) As he finished the drawing, he wrote "Arcturian" at the top of the page.
4/11 dream: I was shown a small ball-shaped object that disappeared (or transmuted) in a flash of white light.
4/20 dream: I was on a starcraft. However, this time, the craft was unfamiliar to me. I understood that it was from another galaxy, and the words "making new connections" came into my mind.
4/26 medical qigong: Through most of the session, I focused on my connection with Kazinan. Viewing the planet from space, it appears to have a light tan color with swirls of white. However, when I see myself on its surface, there are visions of lush landscapes, ancient sites of healing and wisdom, advanced technology, and population centers. Doing a series of energy readings to understand this apparent paradox, what I received was that intelligent life on this planet is in a 5D through 7D frequency range and progressing into 8D. Thus, at those higher levels, it is a place of great beauty. For Michael, he had a brief glimpse of a humanoid Star Being with darker skin who was helping us (entry 9/27 in Out And About 6 has another experience with him). Toward the end of the session, I felt a state of being that I described to Michael as "sparkling light."
7/5 medical qigong: Waiting for my appointment, I went into a relaxed state, and a vision came to me of being on a starcraft. I saw how conditions on Earth are monitored by the Star Nations. Complex coordination takes place between many councils and collectives in their ongoing support for humanity's growth into higher consciousness. Michael received several images during our session: a silver craft, a group of Star Beings, an orange light in the background (see note), and a device that appeared to be some kind of a gauge.
Note: I wondered if this was related to our 1/18 session when a vision came to Michael of an ancient transportation system between Earth and Mars in Antarctica. In that vision, he saw an orange light coming through the entrance.
7/19 medical qigong: A vision of energy work being done simultaneously on multiple levels of myself. At a higher level, I was inside the Arcturian structure (entry 4/5 in Out And About 3) and experienced technology that uses the light spectrum of particular stars. Then, when Michael worked on my heart, a message came to him about light: "Light is a vessel."
8/2 medical qigong: There was a vision of ocean waves coming toward the shore. Each wave symbolically had unique energetic qualities that came from a particular star system in the Star Nations community. When I told Michael about the waves of energies, a message came to me that in seeking to understand frequencies, an important thing is what they convey (or contain) rather than being a specific vibration rate or hertz. (This is similar to a message that Michael received on 7/19 about light being a vessel.)
8/25 vision: When I connect with Kazinian frequencies as part of my morning energy practice, I have started to see an image of a triangle with a glyph inside it. The glyph appears to be a backwards S with a dot in the two curved spaces. Then, a vertical line goes from the apex of the triangle up to a smaller white circle. Along with this, there is a vision of being inside the golden pyramid.
12/6 medical qigong: Energy work was being done on multiple levels of myself by a separate team at each level. (Similar to entry 12/22 in Out And About 5.) At the highest level, I saw myself as a Light Being. I was with a small group of similar Beings, and we were communicating with one another. When Michael worked on my heart, he saw an image of an elongated coin engraved with writing or symbols. As he described this to me, it sounded like a device that I saw in a 2020 dream (entry 6/1 in Out And About 4). That object had an oblong shape. A diagram was on it. I knew that it was used in healing practices similar to acupuncture in the stars.
Out And About 7 (2023)
1/3 medical qigong: An image of the Kazinian symbol (entry 8/25 in Out And About 6) came to both of us. As Michael worked on my heart (element fire), he saw the symbol transform as if he was watching a movie. Afterwards, this message came to him: "Direct Roger to the glyph." The transformation, as Michael saw it, was in four stages: 1. The symbol, as we have experienced it for the past four months, has a glyph inside a triangle. The glyph appears to be a backwards S with a dot in the two curved spaces. Then, a vertical line goes from the apex of the triangle up to a smaller white circle. 2. The glyph is suddenly in the white circle. 3. The triangle (empty) rises steadily to the circle. 4. Finally, the circle (containing the glyph) is inside the triangle. As he described this to me, I heard the word "embodiment." When Michael worked on my lungs (element metal), he saw a Mantis Star Being helping with my right lung, and I saw a tall light blue feminine Being helping with the left lung. (Both of them are with my team of Guides.) Working on my liver (element wood), Michael saw it having a deep green color and thought of nephrite jade.
Note: With the rising triangle in stage 3, I remembered this dream from last year: "I was in front of what appeared to be an elevator. Above the door were numbers 1 through 10. I understood that I was going to 8." (Entry 5/29 in Out And About 6.)
1/4 message: Before going to sleep last night, I asked my team of Guides for more clarity about Michael's vision of the symbol. When I awoke this morning, the words "user's guide" came into my mind, and I understood that the vision represents energy work within the golden pyramid on Kazinan (entry 4/2 in Out And About 5). First, there is a projection of consciousness into higher frequencies (stage 2). Then, using Kazinian technology, the energies of the pyramid are raised (stage 3) for an alignment of form and consciousness (stage 4) at a higher vibratory level in its 5D through 8D frequency range (entry 4/26 in Out And About 6). There is an understanding that different kinds of energy work are done in the pyramid. Thus, the experiences that Michael and I are having with this symbol reflect the particular process that is being used for us.
1/17 medical qigong: As Michael worked on my heart, a vision came to him of a pyramid. It was not a solid structure. Instead, he described it as more of an outline ("bare bones"). Then, there was a message that he received for me: "Go deeper into the energetic dynamics of a pyramid. There is more to it than what is conventionally understood." What I am getting, as of now, is that the shape of a triangular pyramid represents the electromagnetic spectrum in how there is a frequency progression from dense matter (the base) through ascending levels of more refined energies (narrowing of the sides) until the top (of a frequency range) is reached. Importantly, instead of stopping at the top of the pyramid, one can continue on into an even higher range. In this way, I see a series of pyramids in which each one is at a progressively higher energetic level. The many pyramids in this vision represent planes of existence in a vast frequency spectrum. Then, as the session continued, I heard the words "working in pairs" and saw several images: the two dots in the Kazinian glyph (entry 1/3), two bar magnets (forming an equal-arm cross and the Four Directions, see entry 4/1), the two structures in the Electra and Arcturus star systems that Michael and I have been experiencing, the Milky Way and Andromeda Galaxies...and, certainly, Michael and myself.
Note: "Working in pairs" is an important message for me. A vision of a pyramid in the Electra system first came to me in 2018 (entry 9/19 in Out And About 2). This opened a door to my later experiences in 2021 with planet Kazinan and being told that it is home (entry 4/2 in Out And About 5). Then, in 2019, Michael had a vision of a large structure with three Arcturian Star Beings standing in front of it (entry 4/5 in Out And About 3). During our next session, there was a vision of being inside the Arcturian structure, and I experienced energy connections to many star systems having advanced civilizations. With this, I was told, "These are the Star Nations" (entry 4/24 in Out And About 3). In 2021, with an acceleration taking place in our energy work, visions of these connections as a vast web of light strands began to come to me (entry 6/8 in Out And About 5). Now, I see the Electra and Arcturus star systems as being a core part of my energy work and collaboration with Michael.
4/1 vision: When I received a message about "working in pairs" during our 1/17 session, one of the images that came to me was two bar magnets. One magnet was horizontal, and the other was vertical. Combined, they formed an equal-arm cross and represented the four directions: east (+) and west (-), horizontal; north (+) and south (-), vertical. This image has given me further insights into the chol q'ij by using it with the twenty day signs as a Mayan cross (based on teachings from the K'iche' Maya Elder Rigoberto Itzep Chanchavac in Guatemala). Each cross arm has five signs. The first day sign of an arm is one of the four Year Bearer signs: Kej east, fire; E' west, earth; No'j north, air; Iq' south, water. They represent the attributes of the four cross arms. Then, after the first sign, the next four signs of an arm continue the sequence of the four directions and elements. For a given day, with its day sign and corresponding cross arm, there is a "working in pairs" with the attributes of the first sign of the arm and those of the day's sign. (For the days that have a first sign, there is a focus on that one sign as the beginning of a cross arm's five-day cycle of day signs.) In doing this as an energy practice, I experience the pairs of day signs in a way that is similar to hearing intervals in music harmony. Another part of the chol q'ij is the 13 numbers that go with the 20 day signs to create 260 combinations (13 x 20 = 260) and the chol q'ij's cycle of 260 days. A day's number (1-13) adds its particular qualities to the interplay of the day signs. Energetically, I experience the 13 numbers as representing vibrational frequency ranges. (It has become my understanding that this practice -- as an underlying energetic structure -- was brought to people in Mesoamerica by a Star Nations team, of which I was a member, from the Pleiades.)
Note: Yang and yin are also part of the image of the combined bar magnets and four directions. For each magnet, yang leads to yin (grounding). Horizontal (yin): east, fire (+) = lesser yang; west, earth (-) = greater yin. Vertical (yang): north, air (+) = greater yang; south, water (-) = lesser yin. By using these attributes for the four directions and sensing them energetically, there is an experience of what I describe as a vibrational framework of existence. That is, directly and without a veneer of language. It is also interesting to reflect on how fire (lesser yang) and water (lesser yin) have transformative natures. Fire = combustion. Water = dissolution. Interacting with the other two elements, fire has an upward movement into air (greater yang), and water has a downward movement into earth (greater yin).
4/7 medical qigong: Michael received a message for me: "To obtain the guidance that you seek, first enter the temple." Given that we have already experienced structures in the Electra and Arcturus systems (along with other places), this message did not make sense to me. However, at home, I did an energy reading and understood that the message was about the Alnilam star system and a connection that I have with it. (See entry 9/27 updates in Out And About 6.)
4/21 medical qigong: Since our last session (entry 4/7), I had been asking my Guides for more understanding about Alnilam. It came to me in today's session. First, there was a vision of an equilateral triangle with the Electra and Arcturus star systems as the two horizontal points and Alnilam (middle star in Orion's Belt) as the vertical point. In this way, I saw Electra and Arcturus as being like yin and yang. Deep connections (yin) are made within the golden pyramid in the Electra system. Whereas, the Arcturian structure has expansive (yang) energies with connections to the many planets in the Star Nations community. Then, I understood that there is an ancient high-frequency civilization in the Alnilam system that works with balancing polarity on a vast scale. Toward the end of the session, I had a vision of each of my organs being like a star system and my body like a galaxy. With this, a realization came to me that Michael's medical qigong is similar to the balancing work taking place at a macro level in the Alnilam system. (More about this is in Encounters With Electra And The Pleiades and Encounters With Arcturus And Alnilam.)
Note: It is now my understanding that the triangle of Electra, Arcturus, and Alnilam represents the "first enter the temple" message in our 4/7 session. That is, the temple is experienced energetically instead of as a solid structure. There is also an unshakable feeling that I have old friends in the Alnilam system...that we have collaborated numerous times on Star Nations projects (including this one for Earth).
5/5 medical qigong: I focused mainly on the energies, given that I was getting over a cold. However, before the session started, I had a vision of a silver starcraft. As the session progressed, there was an understanding that the craft had technology that was helping us, along with the higher-level assistance we were receiving from our Star Friends.
5/23 medical qigong: I saw the Electra, Arcturus, and Alnilam star systems as a triangle (see entry 4/21 and its following note). I experienced this energetically in my physical body, with Electra energies in my left hand (palm and wrist centers), Arcturus energies in my right hand, and Alnilam energies in my forehead. As this progressed, I saw lines of energies going from my forehead to my hands, and streaming out of the soles of my feet.
6/23 medical qigong: While I was sitting in the waiting room, I felt a large energetic presence, and I suddenly realized that a whale had connected with me. Then, I saw us in deep space, and it felt like we were teammates as star travelers. When my session with Michael began, I felt the usual love and help from my Guides. With that, there was a vision of a person underwater in an old diving suit, with an air hose going up to the surface and a crew operating the air pump. I had an immediate understanding that this represents how my Guides and Star Friends are supporting me in this human life in Earth's physical density. Finally, as Michael worked on my kidneys (element water), he saw a blue color and an image of windows (this could be seeing the Earth from a starcraft).
7/21 medical qigong: Michael and I were surrounded by Star Beings who were helping us. A core group consisted of four Beings: A dark-skinned Being from Alnilam (entry 9/27 in Out And About 6) was standing by my feet. A tall female Being with light blue skin (one of my Guides) was at my left side. A male Mantis Being (also one of my Guides) was at my right side. And, my primary Guide (a female Reptoid Being) was behind my head. Unexpectedly, I realized that a whale (entry 6/23) was below me, and above me was a large starcraft (Arcturian, I sensed). This formed the Six Directions. There were also several tall, very powerful Beings in the background, and I understood that they were Birth Angels. When Michael worked on my heart, a vision came to me of three Arcturians (entry 4/5 in Out And About 3) standing together. The one in the middle held a device that had a trident-like shape...except the middle prong was shorter than the outer two. (This was similar to one that Michael saw last year. See entry 2/16 in Out And About 6.) At one point, the Arcturian moved the device up to his forehead in a movement that reminded me of a salute. Michael's energy work was truly masterful! Toward the end, he used sound techniques that included a large bell.
Note: In having these experiences with whales, it has become my understanding that they are interstellar beings and have a special mission on numerous planets in the Star Nations community.
8/2 medical qigong: When Michael worked on my heart, I saw an image of a portal. Wondering where I might go with it, I was suddenly at a higher frequency level of Mars and with a group or council. There was a distinct sense that this had to do with helping humanity and planet Earth. Another image that came to me was of an elevator. In 2022, I had a dream about an elevator. Above the door were numbers 1 through 10, and I understood that I was going to 8 (entry 5/29 in Out And About 6). This time, I saw the number 9.
12/1 medical qigong: I felt energy work being done on me from my right side. However, I opened my eyes to see that Michael was standing on my left. Several messages and images came to Michael. When he worked on my lungs, he heard “advancement.” Then, with my heart, he saw three shapes that he described as manifestations of light. He drew a sketch of them; however, they were not like anything that I had seen before. Doing an energy reading on them, I understood that they were starcrafts from another galaxy. Along with this, Michael had a vision of three Star Beings and heard the words “three at the table.” It seemed to me that this was a council (or part of one). Doing a reading on the Beings, I understood that they were with the three starcrafts as representatives from their galaxy.
12/15 medical qigong: Before the energy work started, I heard the words "road map." Then, later in the session, there was the word "tour." As I told Michael about it, there was a vision of being taken to a different galaxy by the three Star Beings we encountered in our 12/1 session. We were in many places simultaneously through their technology. Then, when Michael worked on my heart, he had a vision of a South American woman (of the Andes). She was sitting on the ground and picking herbs.
Out And About 8 (2024)
1/26 medical qigong: When Michael worked on my heart, there was a deep feeling of power, and I saw it as being like the advanced technology that powers starcrafts. Asking about what I needed to know or remember, Michael saw a dome from the side. Three energy streams, appearing as a series of small triangles, came up the sides of the dome and converged at the top. As he told me about this, we realized that an image that came to me (independently from Michael's) was the dome seen from above as a circle with three lines, cutting the circle into thirds, that extended from the center to connect outside of the circle with three small orange-colored circles. Michael drew a sketch of the dome and described it as consciousness technology. (Doing an energy reading on it, I understood that it is part of a larger device.) As I looked at the dome and the energy streams, I began to sense that there is a part of me that knows about this.
Update 1/29: I remembered a dream from 2022. In it, I saw a device that used light frequencies for healing work (entry 2/8 in Out And About 6). I did not know any details about it at the time. However, it is now my sense that the dome images that came to Michael and me were, in fact, part of the device that I was shown in 2022. After doing another energy reading on it, it is my understanding that the three streams have different energetic functions that are merged into a single beam.
Update 2/2: It occurred to me that Rosie McKnight's book Cosmic Journeys (pages 156-157, 163-167) has information about a Star Nations technology that could be similar to what Michael and I saw. Here is part of her description of it (she experienced this technology during out-of-body sessions with Robert Monroe and her team of Star Being helpers): "This instrument records the complete consciousness of the individual... But, I get the impression that this device doesn't just measure brain waves. It can tap into any bodily system. It knows exactly what is in the body -- every cell, every molecule, every physical problem. Thus it can diagnose illness. But, it is also able to create the conditions for healing."
Update: 2/19: Here is part of an email that I received today from Michael. "It’s interesting to connect to Rosie because that’s what it felt like for me...a device or technique to be able to read fields of energy but also to stimulate their movement."
5/10 medical qigong: Several new things happened in our energy work today. I saw my energy field as being white with a subtle texture. Then, I saw a higher level of myself, and the energies were translucent. When Michael worked on my heart, I saw an image of a pyramid that reminded me of Tikal. However, doing an energy reading on it, it was not Mayan. Rather, I understood that it was on a planet in the Alnilam star system.
8/16 medical qigong: As the energy work unfolded, several images and words came to Michael. Left lung, he heard "cast off" (as with a ship, to set sail). Right lung, a circle of eight white flower petals around a center one, thus having nine petals. Liver, a purple cord. Spleen, an image of Suzanne Giesemann. (I did not know who she is, however I looked up her website.) Finally, similar images came to us with the heart. Michael saw an orb, rotating counter-clockwise, with cloud-like patterns having radiant orange, red, and white colors. When he described this, there was a sense that it represented advanced technology. For me, when Michael worked on my heart, there was a feeling of deep power, and I saw it being like the technology that powers starcrafts.
8/30 medical Qigong: I saw myself inside the pyramid-like structure in the Alnilam star system (entry 5/10). There was a deep purple color. The structure was different from the ones that I have experienced in the Electra and Arcturus systems. Alnilam has a very high frequency range. However, the energies of the structure were deep and I sensed them having long waveforms. (This reminded me of whale songs that go a long distance under water.) As I described my impressions to Michael, I used the word "vastness."
11/7 medical qigong: A vision came to me of a door opening to the stars through my heart, and I felt deeply expansive energies. With this, there was a message: "It is time for people to remember who they are as Interstellar Beings (currently having a human life on Earth) and know that they are part of a vast community of life that extends throughout the cosmos." When Michael worked on my heart, an image came to him of what appeared to be a spinning toy top. It had a white or translucent color. He drew a sketch of the object, and it gave me a sense of representing advanced power or energy technology. (This reminded me of the spinning orb in our 8/16 session.)
12/19 medical qigong: While I was sitting in the waiting room, a vision came to me of a holiday parade. I saw a long line of Beings: my team of Guides, many Star Friends, sky serpents, whales, a dolphin in the stars (first encountered in 2021), and Robert Monroe & Rosie McKnight. All of them were smiling and waving as they went down the street. Deep joy! Then, to top it off, there was a flyover by a formation of three starcrafts! During the energy work, I saw a map of the Yucatan. As this happened, Michael had a vision of what appeared to be a pawn chess piece. Neither of us had clarity about this image. However, afterwards, I did an energy reading on it and understood that it represented a device (energy technology, I sensed) that my Star Nations team brought to Mesoamerica from the Alcyone star system in ancient times. I could then see how our two visions fit together.
Out And About 9 (2025)
1/1 dream: I saw a page of writing. Then, looking at it through what appeared to be a round mirror, I could still see the words. (The letters were not reversed.) However, the meaning had fundamentally changed.
3/21 medical qigong: With the right lung, Michael saw a blue dome that had a honeycomb-like pattern. Each chamber in the honeycomb had moving images, like watching a film. And, with the heart, he saw what was like a vertical bar magnet (top = positive, bottom = negative). As I remember, the poles were like golden globes. This image gave me a feeling of connectedness or integration.
4/18 medical qigong: Throughout the session, I felt a state of being that I described to Michael as "a blank slate." Then, when he worked on my heart, I saw what appeared to be a Mayan pyramid. Last year, I saw a pyramid that reminded me of Tikal. However, doing an energy reading on it, it was not Mayan. Rather, I understood that it was on a planet in the Alnilam star system. (See entry 5/10 in Out And About 8.) When I silently asked about today's pyramid, I heard "Mayan." Along with it, I felt a particular quality of energy, and I heard, "I am living it." Several images came to Michael. With the left lung, there was a shiny black rectangle. As he described it to me, I understood that it was an obsidian mirror. (This reminded me of a mirror that I saw in our 1/1 session.) There was also an image of a top, and I remembered one that we saw last year (entry 11/7 in Out About 8). That one was spinning, and it had a white or translucent color. It gave me a sense of representing advanced power or energy technology.
5/26 message: Sitting on our deck, I felt a tingling in the top of my head. Then, I felt the energetic presence of a starcraft (it could not be seen) above our house. Wondering about the craft, I heard "Pleiadian." There was a deep sense of love coming to me from the crew. In turn, I sent love and gratitude to them. Finally, there was a surprising message: "We are going to stir up good trouble."...and I laughed.
Note: This experience is similar to one that I had in 2020 at our farmhouse in WV. (See entry 6/14 in Out And About 6.)
5/30 medical qigong: The words "Mayan", "time capsule", and "embodiment" came to me. Then, I saw images from a dream that I had in 2018: "I was with a group of people in a large city (had an NYC vibe). We were going to a place that had storage lockers. We had the keys to open the locks and retrieve what was inside. There was a sense of purpose as we walked toward the building." (Entry 8/22 in Out And About 2.) When I had that 2018 dream, it did not show the storage lockers nor what was inside them. Now, I understood that the lockers (and the new image of a time capsule) represent me, along with others, and what I am in the process of remembering (embodiment). For Michael, when he worked on my left lung, he saw the Earth, and then the image zoomed out to the moon. There was something in the area of space on the left side of the moon that caught his attention. However, he did not know what it was. (Later, it came to me that Michael had energetically sensed several large, cloaked starcrafts that were near the moon.)
6/13 medical qigong: I saw an image of a violet oval shape. Embedded in it were a series of white lines that formed concentric diamond patterns. When I did an energy reading on it, I understood that it was a Pleiadian device used for healing work.
6/17 dream: I was with a group of people. We took part in what I would describe as consciousness technology. It was like a planetarium star show, except we were standing in a room (rather than being seated), and through the technology we experienced a wide range of human states of being...from the traumatic to the inspirational. A core lesson in the experiences was how we relate to others. That is, whether we only care about ourselves or if we go beyond a narrow self-interest to care about other people's lives (including non-human life forms). An understanding came to me that this technology is used in some of the schools that people can go to during sleep. (For more about this, see Encounters With Off-Planet Schools.)
6/27 medical qigong: A vision came to me of the Electra-Arcturus-Alnilam triangle that I experience energetically. (See entries 4/21 and 5/23 in Out And About 7.) I usually see the triangle's interior as being translucent. However, today, I saw a Mayan pyramid inside the triangle. When I mentally asked about it, I heard, "this is me" (see note). Michael saw an image of a vertical column or tube that had two wires wrapped around it. This reminded me of the electromagnetic discharge tube that Alison Carter described in her book Rainbow Stargate 33 (pages 160-162).
Note: This is similar to the "I am living it" (4/18) and "embodiment" (5/30) messages.
7/25 medical qigong: Over the past year, there have been times when I saw a heart image of a pyramid-like structure in the Alnilam star system and times when the image was a Mayan pyramid. Today, when Michael worked on my heart, I saw both images, and then they combined energetically. As this happened, I heard "alchemy." There was a sense that today's energy work by Michael and our Star Friends took great skill.
8/4 vision: In doing my energy practice with the Electra-Arcturus-Alnilam triangle, I usually see the triangle's interior as being translucent. However, tonight, I saw myself inside the triangle and looking out from it. This reminded me of a message that Michael received for me in 2023: "To obtain the guidance that you seek, first enter the temple." (Entry 4/7 in Out And About 7.)
9/3 medical qigong: Similar to our 7/25 session, I saw the Alnilam and Mayan pyramids working together, and I remembered how I heard "alchemy" in that session. This time, I understood that in doing my work with the Mayan chol q'ij as an energetic practice (4/1 in Out And About 7), it is like a door opening to the vast vibrational balancing that is done in the Alnilam system. In this way, the word "alchemy" represents the higher frequencies of the Star Nations' community of star systems that are grounded in physical Earth life through my energy practices.
11/11 medical qigong: Images came to me of a Star Nations fleet, and there were messages of support and encouragement for humanity and the Earth. Similar to our 7/25 and 10/14 sessions, I heard the words "alchemy" and "alchemical process." Along with it, I saw an image of a moonshine still and how the four elements -- fire, earth, air, and water -- work together transformationally to create a refined product. I understood that this represents the growth process that the country is undergoing.
11/25 medical qigong: There was an image of a top. A similar image has come to us several times: our 4/18 session this year and 11/7 last year. This time, the image progressed (or was refined) in the lungs (element metal). Left lung, the top had an orange color. Right lung, the top was more dynamic, with a rotating energy field. Then, toward the end of the session, the top radiated a brilliant clear light.
12/3 dream: I was with a group doing energy work. Several of them were friends in this Earth life. I also remember a female Pleiadian. One of the friends gave me a small book. It was thin, and the pages appeared to be a flexible translucent plastic having touches of pastel colors. While each page had only several lines of writing, my attention was drawn to how it emanated particular energetic qualities.
12/17 dream: I was in a large building that had what appeared to be a swimming pool. I saw myself with others in the pool. As I awoke, an understanding came to me that the "pool" was technology for experiencing a range of liquid environments and vibrational levels. Doing an energy reading on this, I understood that the building is part of the university in the Alcyone system.
12/27 dream: With a group, we used technology to experience particular higher vibrational frequencies. (In the dream, I saw the technology as being a flute-like musical instrument.) Then, having experienced the frequencies, we could go back to them through our consciousness. That is, without needing the technology.
Note: This reminded me of the Hemi-Sync sound technology that was developed by Robert Monroe.

Out And About 1 (2017)
8/15 hemi-sync: I was in a library and knew that it represented my Higher Self. The library contained records of the multitude of lifetimes, as a Source Energy Being, that I have had on Earth and in many other places: different star systems, galaxies, dimensions, etc. (Visions of my Higher Self have also come to me as a huge cable containing a countless number of strands, with each one being a lifetime.)
10/17 dream: I was shown a book of energy maps (my understanding of what they were). Each page had fluid-like shapes and vibrant colors. As the dream continued, I was in a very large room. The room had hundreds of these maps, perhaps 5 or 6 feet high, and they were suspended in the air.
10/22 dream: On a large starcraft. Rather than focusing on details about it, I was more interested in the crew. They were from different star systems, and it was clear that they worked together with deep respect, love, and cooperation.
12/24 dream: Another dream about being on a starcraft. As I woke up, there was a sense that something of importance had taken place.
Out And About 2 (2018)
1/22 dream: I was shown Star Nations technologies that can transform toxic sites into pristine land.
4/22 dream: I was flying (by myself) in a small anti-gravity craft over a large city. As this happened, I thought to myself, "I know how to use this technology!"
5/23 medical qigong: I had my first medical qigong treatment with Michael Perfetto. The energy work was deeply profound, and I felt right at home with it. During the session, a vision came to me of a starcraft hovering directly over the building. Afterwards, I said to Michael, "This is cutting-edge stuff."
8/24 dream: On a starcraft. I saw technology that served as an interface between me and the craft. There was also something about Mars.
9/19 medical qigong: I was inside a pyramid structure. It was familiar to me. There was an understanding that it is in the Electra star system (part of the Pleiades star cluster). For Michael, the energies were so powerful that he needed to refocus several times on what he was doing. (Entry 4/2 in Out And About 5 has more about this pyramid.)
Out And About 3 (2019)
1/23 message: "This is how it's done in the stars." (Referring to medical qigong.)
3/13 dream: Looking at a screen that displayed complex charts. My human mind had no frame of reference for what I was seeing. However, on some level, I was taking them in. It was hard to wake up from this dream. I could not remove myself from the charts. After the dream, there was an understanding that, at some point in this physical life, I would understand them.
4/5 medical qigong: Michael saw an image of a large structure. I saw it as having a radiant white color. Three Star Beings were standing in front of the structure, and there was an understanding that they were Arcturians. It felt to me that I had a connection with them and this place. (See Encounters With Arcturus And Alnilam.)
4/24 medical qigong: A vision came to Michael of the three Star Beings that we first saw several weeks ago. They told him to "keep doing this" (medical qigong for me). Inside the Arcturian structure, I saw a beam of white light going from my heart out to the stars. Then, the beam split into a vast number of them. Each beam was connected to a particular star system having an advanced planetary civilization. With this, words came into my mind: "These are the Star Nations."
7/5 dream: Our old family car, a 1956 Oldsmobile convertible, was being upgraded with advanced technology. (Similar dreams about the car have come to me in recent years.)
Out And About 4 (2020)
5/13 vision and dream: While doing a qigong practice, a vision came to me of a starcraft overhead. Later, in a dream, I was on the craft. (This combination of a vision and a dream was unusual.)
6/1 dream: I saw a device that had an oblong shape. A diagram was on it. As I held this device in the dream, I knew that it was used in healing practices similar to acupuncture in the stars.
6/14 vision: At our farmhouse in WV. When we arrived and walked across the yard toward the house, I felt a quality of energy that was new to me. (However, there was also something familiar about it.) Later, I was standing on the porch. Feeling this energy again, I looked up and saw a starcraft partially materialize in the sky. I felt a deep joy and mentally sent love and gratitude to the crew. In return, I felt love and gratitude from them. (This actually happened.)
8/12 medical qigong: While doing energy work on me, Michael looked down and saw a THIRD HAND. Amazed, he turned and saw a Pleiadian standing next to him who was helping us.
10/19 dream: I observed a team of Star Beings working on an advanced technology craft. One of the technicians explained what they were doing and showed me several parts.
Out And About 5 (2021)
1/29 medical qigong: There was a small flash of white light, and within it was the face of a Star Being (Arcturian, I sensed). It was right in front of my face for several moments, and then it disappeared.
3/19 medical qigong: I found myself on Mars. (There was no traveling. Rather, I was suddenly there.) I had an understanding that intelligent life is on that planet. However, they are in a higher frequency range. Then, I was walking in a long tunnel or corridor (into an underground complex, I sensed).
4/2 medical qigong: I was inside a golden pyramid. (I first encountered it in 2018. See entry 9/19 in Out And About 2.) The structure is extremely ancient, and I saw it as being hollow or like an inverted funnel. Looking for words to describe it, I heard “making deep connections.” And, there was an understanding that Beings from many star systems come to this pyramid for energy work...that it has special functions. Then, Michael received a message for me: "Kazinan is home." (This was after he mentally asked the question, "What does Roger need to know at this time?") Doing an energy reading on the word kazinan, I understood that it is the fourth planet in the Electra star system (Pleiades star cluster). I also understood that the golden pyramid is on that planet.
Note: My energy readings use a combination of a pendulum, intuition, and energetic sensations in the body (in particuar, when there is a strong "yes"). The idea for a pendulum came to me from Robin Johnsen (family friend and acupuncturist). In having acupuncture with her, she suggested that I use a pendulum to test herbs and supplements to see if they are beneficial for me. (This is similar to muscle testing that I have experienced with chiropractors.) Then, over time, I found that I could use it in deeper ways.
4/9 medical qigong: I saw myself with a Council and heard the words "increasing sensitivity." When Michael worked on my heart (element fire), he saw blue water energy and whales.
5/25 medical qigong: We were inside the Arcturian structure that I have written about in several entries. This is a place of highly refined energies. I saw countless energy strands coming to me from planets in the Star Nations community. Then, I heard the words "full spectrum."
6/8 medical qigong: I saw a spider web, and it turned into a holographic image of a vast number of Star Nations connections. Toward the end of the session, I saw myself wearing different clothes. They had a silver, metallic-like color, and the material was unusually lightweight. For Michael, a word that came to him was "arcane" (understood by few, mysterious, or hidden).
6/15 medical qigong: I felt the presence of three Star Beings in the room. They were helping Michael with the energy work. The experience was so vivid that there was a sense of them communicating telepathically. Then, a vision came to Michael of a woman, perhaps in her 50's, with silver hair and powerfully vibrant energies. As he described her, I immediately knew that this was my primary Guide appearing to him in a human form (she is a Reptoid Star Being). Two additional things stood out for me today: I was with a Council and then saw the silver clothes again (entry 6/8).
Update 6/22: I now have an understanding that the clothing is actually a silver robe, and it has embedded Star Nations technology.
6/22 medical qigong: There was another vision of energy work being done simultaneously on multiple levels of myself. This time, it was much more vivid. Then, there was a brief vision of Michael as a tall Reptoid Star Being. The energies were profoundly powerful. When he worked on my heart, there was an image of a planet, and I knew that it was Kazinan (entry 4/2). Michael also felt the presence of a number of Star Beings who were helping us. At one point, he heard, "Do not try so hard." He relaxed, and then there was a more powerful flow of energies. Toward the end of the session, there was another vision of the silver robe that I had seen in our last two sessions (6/8 and 6/15).
Note: Following is information that I received from a Star Nations friend about this robe and my role with it: "Seems like it processes information, almost like super data. Very special indeed. The most advanced of data processing. Seems like you are a key go between, connector. You have been so important in these ventures, going between different groups, functioning like a spider’s web, connecting star systems, councils, teams..."
7/6 medical qigong: I saw myself again on planet Kazinan. I was with a Council and understood that an important part of my work is to connect with Kazinian frequencies (like a tuning fork), maintain them as much as possible in my state of being, and ground them with the Earth.
7/13 vision: At the Outer Banks (NC). A clear night sky. The Milky Way was breathtaking. A vision came to me of sky serpents (entry 7/14 in Out And About 4). There were also what appeared to be windows with soft light coming through them. (It seemed to me that this was a starcraft. However, only the windows were visible.) They were in the air with the sky serpents.
8/17 medical qigong: Surrounded with love. A vision came to me of being in space and seeing the Earth. Then, the vision expanded to include other star systems and planets. There was a profound sense of intelligence in all of this, along with a sensation of being in a higher range of frequencies. For Michael, several visions came to him: an obelisk (on another planet) and a hand-held triangular object having a narrow space that went vertically from the base to the apex. This formed two sections within the triangle. Michael also said that the object had a metallic appearance and sharp edges.
8/23 message: "It's all about frequency. Change the frequency and the ways that duality are expressed will change." (Love, compassion, unity = higher frequencies. Fear, hate, division = lower frequencies.)
8/31 medical qigong: A vision of a massive community (in the stars), and I was connected with it. Three images came to Michael: a ship plowing through a large wave, an obelisk, and two Mantis Star Beings looking through a window. For me, the ship speaks to staying on course in the midst of everything that is happening in the world. Doing energy readings on the other images, I understood that the obelisk is on Kazinan and the two Star Beings are collaborating with the Mantis, who is one of my Guides.
9/28 medical qigong: I felt a shift...that my awareness was in the etheric body, rather than the physical, and there were sensations of highly refined energies. The words "quiet light" came to me again (entry 8/3 in Out And About 5). I then saw myself as being like a starcraft. That is, in having these experiences, I can go wherever I want, a journey is instantaneous, and I am part of a team. Michael mentally asked, "What does Roger need to know at this time?" In response, a vision came to him of large amounts of information or energies encoded as strands of light. As he described them to me, I said, "This is sixth dimensional!" (It felt like an inner knowing.)
10/8 vision: While doing a grounding practice, I saw myself on a starcraft and experienced strands of light coming into my energy field. (Michael told me about this in our previous session on 9/28.) I began to see a fast stream of "energy packets" (they went by in a blur), and there was an understanding that each one conveyed particular higher-level experiences...not information in a conventional sense. Then, there was a message: "This goes beyond the person who is receiving it."
Update 10/11: There is an understanding that the Mantis Beings in entry 8/31 played a role with these strands.
10/13 medical qigong: We quickly noticed how this session was built upon previous ones. Similar to our 9/28 session, there was a sensation of being above my physical body. This time, there was also a vision of infinite space, stars, and a vast web of energy connections. During our session on 6/22, there was a brief vision of Michael as a tall Reptoid Star Being. Now, I saw him this way through much of the session. When I told Michael about it, he said a message had come to him: "There are two of us." (I took that to mean the human and Star Being parts of himself.) Additionally, when Michael worked on my heart, he received an image of Mars as a message for me (entry 3/19 was also about Mars). Toward the end of the session, I saw a Mantis Being on my left side who was helping us. Michael told me that he felt a presence in that part of the room. Finally, there was a vision of a very large starcraft. The craft was oblong and had a lattice pattern with metal strips and windows along its sides. Throughout the session, there was a feeling of "refined simplicity"...of being in higher frequencies.
Note: Doing an energy reading on my heart connection with Mars, there was an understanding that I had been a member of several Star Nations teams that were sent to Mars in the distant past. It also appears that I have had roles in other Star Nations projects for that planet. (See Encounters With Mars.)
Out And About 6 (2022)
1/12 message: For the past year, I have been experiencing energy strands that form a web of connections to planets in the Star Nations community. Then, as part of a daily practice, the energies are grounded with Earth. A realization came to me today that, in doing this, one needs to work at multiple levels of themselves. The connecting work with the energy strands takes place at a higher level, and grounding them needs to be done from within physical Earth life.
1/18 medical qigong: There was a vision of Michael and me with my Guides and other Star Beings. We stood with them at their frequency level, and there was a distinct sense of equality...that all of us were teammates. Then, when Michael worked on my heart, he saw a stone archway surrounded with mounds of snow. An orange light came through the entrance. There was an understanding that this site is in Antarctica. As Michael drew a sketch of it, I suddenly said, "Mars...there is a connection with Mars!" (This came as an inner knowing.) Later, at home, I did energy readings on the site and understood that it is an ancient transportation system (Arcturian technology, I sensed) between Earth and Mars. The site has been dormant for a very long time. However, at some point it will be reactivated.
2/8 dream: Saw a device that used light frequencies for healing work.
2/16 medical qigong: I told Michael how the word multidimensional has been coming into my mind. For me, this word conveys a vision of my "Earth self" and "Pleiadian self" as one Being -- not separate entities -- having lives simultaneously on multiple levels. (Michael has similar experiences.) After the energy work, Michael sketched an image that came to him. The object was similar to a trident. However, the middle prong was much shorter than the outer two. (The middle prong is normally longer in depictions of a trident.) As he finished the drawing, he wrote "Arcturian" at the top of the page.
4/11 dream: I was shown a small ball-shaped object that disappeared (or transmuted) in a flash of white light.
4/20 dream: I was on a starcraft. However, this time, the craft was unfamiliar to me. I understood that it was from another galaxy, and the words "making new connections" came into my mind.
4/26 medical qigong: Through most of the session, I focused on my connection with Kazinan. Viewing the planet from space, it appears to have a light tan color with swirls of white. However, when I see myself on its surface, there are visions of lush landscapes, ancient sites of healing and wisdom, advanced technology, and population centers. Doing a series of energy readings to understand this apparent paradox, what I received was that intelligent life on this planet is in a 5D through 7D frequency range and progressing into 8D. Thus, at those higher levels, it is a place of great beauty. For Michael, he had a brief glimpse of a humanoid Star Being with darker skin who was helping us (entry 9/27 in Out And About 6 has another experience with him). Toward the end of the session, I felt a state of being that I described to Michael as "sparkling light."
7/5 medical qigong: Waiting for my appointment, I went into a relaxed state, and a vision came to me of being on a starcraft. I saw how conditions on Earth are monitored by the Star Nations. Complex coordination takes place between many councils and collectives in their ongoing support for humanity's growth into higher consciousness. Michael received several images during our session: a silver craft, a group of Star Beings, an orange light in the background (see note), and a device that appeared to be some kind of a gauge.
Note: I wondered if this was related to our 1/18 session when a vision came to Michael of an ancient transportation system between Earth and Mars in Antarctica. In that vision, he saw an orange light coming through the entrance.
7/19 medical qigong: A vision of energy work being done simultaneously on multiple levels of myself. At a higher level, I was inside the Arcturian structure (entry 4/5 in Out And About 3) and experienced technology that uses the light spectrum of particular stars. Then, when Michael worked on my heart, a message came to him about light: "Light is a vessel."
8/2 medical qigong: There was a vision of ocean waves coming toward the shore. Each wave symbolically had unique energetic qualities that came from a particular star system in the Star Nations community. When I told Michael about the waves of energies, a message came to me that in seeking to understand frequencies, an important thing is what they convey (or contain) rather than being a specific vibration rate or hertz. (This is similar to a message that Michael received on 7/19 about light being a vessel.)
8/25 vision: When I connect with Kazinian frequencies as part of my morning energy practice, I have started to see an image of a triangle with a glyph inside it. The glyph appears to be a backwards S with a dot in the two curved spaces. Then, a vertical line goes from the apex of the triangle up to a smaller white circle. Along with this, there is a vision of being inside the golden pyramid.
12/6 medical qigong: Energy work was being done on multiple levels of myself by a separate team at each level. (Similar to entry 12/22 in Out And About 5.) At the highest level, I saw myself as a Light Being. I was with a small group of similar Beings, and we were communicating with one another. When Michael worked on my heart, he saw an image of an elongated coin engraved with writing or symbols. As he described this to me, it sounded like a device that I saw in a 2020 dream (entry 6/1 in Out And About 4). That object had an oblong shape. A diagram was on it. I knew that it was used in healing practices similar to acupuncture in the stars.
Out And About 7 (2023)
1/3 medical qigong: An image of the Kazinian symbol (entry 8/25 in Out And About 6) came to both of us. As Michael worked on my heart (element fire), he saw the symbol transform as if he was watching a movie. Afterwards, this message came to him: "Direct Roger to the glyph." The transformation, as Michael saw it, was in four stages: 1. The symbol, as we have experienced it for the past four months, has a glyph inside a triangle. The glyph appears to be a backwards S with a dot in the two curved spaces. Then, a vertical line goes from the apex of the triangle up to a smaller white circle. 2. The glyph is suddenly in the white circle. 3. The triangle (empty) rises steadily to the circle. 4. Finally, the circle (containing the glyph) is inside the triangle. As he described this to me, I heard the word "embodiment." When Michael worked on my lungs (element metal), he saw a Mantis Star Being helping with my right lung, and I saw a tall light blue feminine Being helping with the left lung. (Both of them are with my team of Guides.) Working on my liver (element wood), Michael saw it having a deep green color and thought of nephrite jade.
Note: With the rising triangle in stage 3, I remembered this dream from last year: "I was in front of what appeared to be an elevator. Above the door were numbers 1 through 10. I understood that I was going to 8." (Entry 5/29 in Out And About 6.)
1/4 message: Before going to sleep last night, I asked my team of Guides for more clarity about Michael's vision of the symbol. When I awoke this morning, the words "user's guide" came into my mind, and I understood that the vision represents energy work within the golden pyramid on Kazinan (entry 4/2 in Out And About 5). First, there is a projection of consciousness into higher frequencies (stage 2). Then, using Kazinian technology, the energies of the pyramid are raised (stage 3) for an alignment of form and consciousness (stage 4) at a higher vibratory level in its 5D through 8D frequency range (entry 4/26 in Out And About 6). There is an understanding that different kinds of energy work are done in the pyramid. Thus, the experiences that Michael and I are having with this symbol reflect the particular process that is being used for us.
1/17 medical qigong: As Michael worked on my heart, a vision came to him of a pyramid. It was not a solid structure. Instead, he described it as more of an outline ("bare bones"). Then, there was a message that he received for me: "Go deeper into the energetic dynamics of a pyramid. There is more to it than what is conventionally understood." What I am getting, as of now, is that the shape of a triangular pyramid represents the electromagnetic spectrum in how there is a frequency progression from dense matter (the base) through ascending levels of more refined energies (narrowing of the sides) until the top (of a frequency range) is reached. Importantly, instead of stopping at the top of the pyramid, one can continue on into an even higher range. In this way, I see a series of pyramids in which each one is at a progressively higher energetic level. The many pyramids in this vision represent planes of existence in a vast frequency spectrum. Then, as the session continued, I heard the words "working in pairs" and saw several images: the two dots in the Kazinian glyph (entry 1/3), two bar magnets (forming an equal-arm cross and the Four Directions, see entry 4/1), the two structures in the Electra and Arcturus star systems that Michael and I have been experiencing, the Milky Way and Andromeda Galaxies...and, certainly, Michael and myself.
Note: "Working in pairs" is an important message for me. A vision of a pyramid in the Electra system first came to me in 2018 (entry 9/19 in Out And About 2). This opened a door to my later experiences in 2021 with planet Kazinan and being told that it is home (entry 4/2 in Out And About 5). Then, in 2019, Michael had a vision of a large structure with three Arcturian Star Beings standing in front of it (entry 4/5 in Out And About 3). During our next session, there was a vision of being inside the Arcturian structure, and I experienced energy connections to many star systems having advanced civilizations. With this, I was told, "These are the Star Nations" (entry 4/24 in Out And About 3). In 2021, with an acceleration taking place in our energy work, visions of these connections as a vast web of light strands began to come to me (entry 6/8 in Out And About 5). Now, I see the Electra and Arcturus star systems as being a core part of my energy work and collaboration with Michael.
4/1 vision: When I received a message about "working in pairs" during our 1/17 session, one of the images that came to me was two bar magnets. One magnet was horizontal, and the other was vertical. Combined, they formed an equal-arm cross and represented the four directions: east (+) and west (-), horizontal; north (+) and south (-), vertical. This image has given me further insights into the chol q'ij by using it with the twenty day signs as a Mayan cross (based on teachings from the K'iche' Maya Elder Rigoberto Itzep Chanchavac in Guatemala). Each cross arm has five signs. The first day sign of an arm is one of the four Year Bearer signs: Kej east, fire; E' west, earth; No'j north, air; Iq' south, water. They represent the attributes of the four cross arms. Then, after the first sign, the next four signs of an arm continue the sequence of the four directions and elements. For a given day, with its day sign and corresponding cross arm, there is a "working in pairs" with the attributes of the first sign of the arm and those of the day's sign. (For the days that have a first sign, there is a focus on that one sign as the beginning of a cross arm's five-day cycle of day signs.) In doing this as an energy practice, I experience the pairs of day signs in a way that is similar to hearing intervals in music harmony. Another part of the chol q'ij is the 13 numbers that go with the 20 day signs to create 260 combinations (13 x 20 = 260) and the chol q'ij's cycle of 260 days. A day's number (1-13) adds its particular qualities to the interplay of the day signs. Energetically, I experience the 13 numbers as representing vibrational frequency ranges. (It has become my understanding that this practice -- as an underlying energetic structure -- was brought to people in Mesoamerica by a Star Nations team, of which I was a member, from the Pleiades.)
Note: Yang and yin are also part of the image of the combined bar magnets and four directions. For each magnet, yang leads to yin (grounding). Horizontal (yin): east, fire (+) = lesser yang; west, earth (-) = greater yin. Vertical (yang): north, air (+) = greater yang; south, water (-) = lesser yin. By using these attributes for the four directions and sensing them energetically, there is an experience of what I describe as a vibrational framework of existence. That is, directly and without a veneer of language. It is also interesting to reflect on how fire (lesser yang) and water (lesser yin) have transformative natures. Fire = combustion. Water = dissolution. Interacting with the other two elements, fire has an upward movement into air (greater yang), and water has a downward movement into earth (greater yin).
4/7 medical qigong: Michael received a message for me: "To obtain the guidance that you seek, first enter the temple." Given that we have already experienced structures in the Electra and Arcturus systems (along with other places), this message did not make sense to me. However, at home, I did an energy reading and understood that the message was about the Alnilam star system and a connection that I have with it. (See entry 9/27 updates in Out And About 6.)
4/21 medical qigong: Since our last session (entry 4/7), I had been asking my Guides for more understanding about Alnilam. It came to me in today's session. First, there was a vision of an equilateral triangle with the Electra and Arcturus star systems as the two horizontal points and Alnilam (middle star in Orion's Belt) as the vertical point. In this way, I saw Electra and Arcturus as being like yin and yang. Deep connections (yin) are made within the golden pyramid in the Electra system. Whereas, the Arcturian structure has expansive (yang) energies with connections to the many planets in the Star Nations community. Then, I understood that there is an ancient high-frequency civilization in the Alnilam system that works with balancing polarity on a vast scale. Toward the end of the session, I had a vision of each of my organs being like a star system and my body like a galaxy. With this, a realization came to me that Michael's medical qigong is similar to the balancing work taking place at a macro level in the Alnilam system. (More about this is in Encounters With Electra And The Pleiades and Encounters With Arcturus And Alnilam.)
Note: It is now my understanding that the triangle of Electra, Arcturus, and Alnilam represents the "first enter the temple" message in our 4/7 session. That is, the temple is experienced energetically instead of as a solid structure. There is also an unshakable feeling that I have old friends in the Alnilam system...that we have collaborated numerous times on Star Nations projects (including this one for Earth).
5/5 medical qigong: I focused mainly on the energies, given that I was getting over a cold. However, before the session started, I had a vision of a silver starcraft. As the session progressed, there was an understanding that the craft had technology that was helping us, along with the higher-level assistance we were receiving from our Star Friends.
5/23 medical qigong: I saw the Electra, Arcturus, and Alnilam star systems as a triangle (see entry 4/21 and its following note). I experienced this energetically in my physical body, with Electra energies in my left hand (palm and wrist centers), Arcturus energies in my right hand, and Alnilam energies in my forehead. As this progressed, I saw lines of energies going from my forehead to my hands, and streaming out of the soles of my feet.
6/23 medical qigong: While I was sitting in the waiting room, I felt a large energetic presence, and I suddenly realized that a whale had connected with me. Then, I saw us in deep space, and it felt like we were teammates as star travelers. When my session with Michael began, I felt the usual love and help from my Guides. With that, there was a vision of a person underwater in an old diving suit, with an air hose going up to the surface and a crew operating the air pump. I had an immediate understanding that this represents how my Guides and Star Friends are supporting me in this human life in Earth's physical density. Finally, as Michael worked on my kidneys (element water), he saw a blue color and an image of windows (this could be seeing the Earth from a starcraft).
7/21 medical qigong: Michael and I were surrounded by Star Beings who were helping us. A core group consisted of four Beings: A dark-skinned Being from Alnilam (entry 9/27 in Out And About 6) was standing by my feet. A tall female Being with light blue skin (one of my Guides) was at my left side. A male Mantis Being (also one of my Guides) was at my right side. And, my primary Guide (a female Reptoid Being) was behind my head. Unexpectedly, I realized that a whale (entry 6/23) was below me, and above me was a large starcraft (Arcturian, I sensed). This formed the Six Directions. There were also several tall, very powerful Beings in the background, and I understood that they were Birth Angels. When Michael worked on my heart, a vision came to me of three Arcturians (entry 4/5 in Out And About 3) standing together. The one in the middle held a device that had a trident-like shape...except the middle prong was shorter than the outer two. (This was similar to one that Michael saw last year. See entry 2/16 in Out And About 6.) At one point, the Arcturian moved the device up to his forehead in a movement that reminded me of a salute. Michael's energy work was truly masterful! Toward the end, he used sound techniques that included a large bell.
Note: In having these experiences with whales, it has become my understanding that they are interstellar beings and have a special mission on numerous planets in the Star Nations community.
8/2 medical qigong: When Michael worked on my heart, I saw an image of a portal. Wondering where I might go with it, I was suddenly at a higher frequency level of Mars and with a group or council. There was a distinct sense that this had to do with helping humanity and planet Earth. Another image that came to me was of an elevator. In 2022, I had a dream about an elevator. Above the door were numbers 1 through 10, and I understood that I was going to 8 (entry 5/29 in Out And About 6). This time, I saw the number 9.
12/1 medical qigong: I felt energy work being done on me from my right side. However, I opened my eyes to see that Michael was standing on my left. Several messages and images came to Michael. When he worked on my lungs, he heard “advancement.” Then, with my heart, he saw three shapes that he described as manifestations of light. He drew a sketch of them; however, they were not like anything that I had seen before. Doing an energy reading on them, I understood that they were starcrafts from another galaxy. Along with this, Michael had a vision of three Star Beings and heard the words “three at the table.” It seemed to me that this was a council (or part of one). Doing a reading on the Beings, I understood that they were with the three starcrafts as representatives from their galaxy.
12/15 medical qigong: Before the energy work started, I heard the words "road map." Then, later in the session, there was the word "tour." As I told Michael about it, there was a vision of being taken to a different galaxy by the three Star Beings we encountered in our 12/1 session. We were in many places simultaneously through their technology. Then, when Michael worked on my heart, he had a vision of a South American woman (of the Andes). She was sitting on the ground and picking herbs.
Out And About 8 (2024)
1/26 medical qigong: When Michael worked on my heart, there was a deep feeling of power, and I saw it as being like the advanced technology that powers starcrafts. Asking about what I needed to know or remember, Michael saw a dome from the side. Three energy streams, appearing as a series of small triangles, came up the sides of the dome and converged at the top. As he told me about this, we realized that an image that came to me (independently from Michael's) was the dome seen from above as a circle with three lines, cutting the circle into thirds, that extended from the center to connect outside of the circle with three small orange-colored circles. Michael drew a sketch of the dome and described it as consciousness technology. (Doing an energy reading on it, I understood that it is part of a larger device.) As I looked at the dome and the energy streams, I began to sense that there is a part of me that knows about this.
Update 1/29: I remembered a dream from 2022. In it, I saw a device that used light frequencies for healing work (entry 2/8 in Out And About 6). I did not know any details about it at the time. However, it is now my sense that the dome images that came to Michael and me were, in fact, part of the device that I was shown in 2022. After doing another energy reading on it, it is my understanding that the three streams have different energetic functions that are merged into a single beam.
Update 2/2: It occurred to me that Rosie McKnight's book Cosmic Journeys (pages 156-157, 163-167) has information about a Star Nations technology that could be similar to what Michael and I saw. Here is part of her description of it (she experienced this technology during out-of-body sessions with Robert Monroe and her team of Star Being helpers): "This instrument records the complete consciousness of the individual... But, I get the impression that this device doesn't just measure brain waves. It can tap into any bodily system. It knows exactly what is in the body -- every cell, every molecule, every physical problem. Thus it can diagnose illness. But, it is also able to create the conditions for healing."
Update: 2/19: Here is part of an email that I received today from Michael. "It’s interesting to connect to Rosie because that’s what it felt like for me...a device or technique to be able to read fields of energy but also to stimulate their movement."
5/10 medical qigong: Several new things happened in our energy work today. I saw my energy field as being white with a subtle texture. Then, I saw a higher level of myself, and the energies were translucent. When Michael worked on my heart, I saw an image of a pyramid that reminded me of Tikal. However, doing an energy reading on it, it was not Mayan. Rather, I understood that it was on a planet in the Alnilam star system.
8/16 medical qigong: As the energy work unfolded, several images and words came to Michael. Left lung, he heard "cast off" (as with a ship, to set sail). Right lung, a circle of eight white flower petals around a center one, thus having nine petals. Liver, a purple cord. Spleen, an image of Suzanne Giesemann. (I did not know who she is, however I looked up her website.) Finally, similar images came to us with the heart. Michael saw an orb, rotating counter-clockwise, with cloud-like patterns having radiant orange, red, and white colors. When he described this, there was a sense that it represented advanced technology. For me, when Michael worked on my heart, there was a feeling of deep power, and I saw it being like the technology that powers starcrafts.
8/30 medical Qigong: I saw myself inside the pyramid-like structure in the Alnilam star system (entry 5/10). There was a deep purple color. The structure was different from the ones that I have experienced in the Electra and Arcturus systems. Alnilam has a very high frequency range. However, the energies of the structure were deep and I sensed them having long waveforms. (This reminded me of whale songs that go a long distance under water.) As I described my impressions to Michael, I used the word "vastness."
11/7 medical qigong: A vision came to me of a door opening to the stars through my heart, and I felt deeply expansive energies. With this, there was a message: "It is time for people to remember who they are as Interstellar Beings (currently having a human life on Earth) and know that they are part of a vast community of life that extends throughout the cosmos." When Michael worked on my heart, an image came to him of what appeared to be a spinning toy top. It had a white or translucent color. He drew a sketch of the object, and it gave me a sense of representing advanced power or energy technology. (This reminded me of the spinning orb in our 8/16 session.)
12/19 medical qigong: While I was sitting in the waiting room, a vision came to me of a holiday parade. I saw a long line of Beings: my team of Guides, many Star Friends, sky serpents, whales, a dolphin in the stars (first encountered in 2021), and Robert Monroe & Rosie McKnight. All of them were smiling and waving as they went down the street. Deep joy! Then, to top it off, there was a flyover by a formation of three starcrafts! During the energy work, I saw a map of the Yucatan. As this happened, Michael had a vision of what appeared to be a pawn chess piece. Neither of us had clarity about this image. However, afterwards, I did an energy reading on it and understood that it represented a device (energy technology, I sensed) that my Star Nations team brought to Mesoamerica from the Alcyone star system in ancient times. I could then see how our two visions fit together.
Out And About 9 (2025)
1/1 dream: I saw a page of writing. Then, looking at it through what appeared to be a round mirror, I could still see the words. (The letters were not reversed.) However, the meaning had fundamentally changed.
3/21 medical qigong: With the right lung, Michael saw a blue dome that had a honeycomb-like pattern. Each chamber in the honeycomb had moving images, like watching a film. And, with the heart, he saw what was like a vertical bar magnet (top = positive, bottom = negative). As I remember, the poles were like golden globes. This image gave me a feeling of connectedness or integration.
4/18 medical qigong: Throughout the session, I felt a state of being that I described to Michael as "a blank slate." Then, when he worked on my heart, I saw what appeared to be a Mayan pyramid. Last year, I saw a pyramid that reminded me of Tikal. However, doing an energy reading on it, it was not Mayan. Rather, I understood that it was on a planet in the Alnilam star system. (See entry 5/10 in Out And About 8.) When I silently asked about today's pyramid, I heard "Mayan." Along with it, I felt a particular quality of energy, and I heard, "I am living it." Several images came to Michael. With the left lung, there was a shiny black rectangle. As he described it to me, I understood that it was an obsidian mirror. (This reminded me of a mirror that I saw in our 1/1 session.) There was also an image of a top, and I remembered one that we saw last year (entry 11/7 in Out About 8). That one was spinning, and it had a white or translucent color. It gave me a sense of representing advanced power or energy technology.
5/26 message: Sitting on our deck, I felt a tingling in the top of my head. Then, I felt the energetic presence of a starcraft (it could not be seen) above our house. Wondering about the craft, I heard "Pleiadian." There was a deep sense of love coming to me from the crew. In turn, I sent love and gratitude to them. Finally, there was a surprising message: "We are going to stir up good trouble."...and I laughed.
Note: This experience is similar to one that I had in 2020 at our farmhouse in WV. (See entry 6/14 in Out And About 6.)
5/30 medical qigong: The words "Mayan", "time capsule", and "embodiment" came to me. Then, I saw images from a dream that I had in 2018: "I was with a group of people in a large city (had an NYC vibe). We were going to a place that had storage lockers. We had the keys to open the locks and retrieve what was inside. There was a sense of purpose as we walked toward the building." (Entry 8/22 in Out And About 2.) When I had that 2018 dream, it did not show the storage lockers nor what was inside them. Now, I understood that the lockers (and the new image of a time capsule) represent me, along with others, and what I am in the process of remembering (embodiment). For Michael, when he worked on my left lung, he saw the Earth, and then the image zoomed out to the moon. There was something in the area of space on the left side of the moon that caught his attention. However, he did not know what it was. (Later, it came to me that Michael had energetically sensed several large, cloaked starcrafts that were near the moon.)
6/13 medical qigong: I saw an image of a violet oval shape. Embedded in it were a series of white lines that formed concentric diamond patterns. When I did an energy reading on it, I understood that it was a Pleiadian device used for healing work.
6/17 dream: I was with a group of people. We took part in what I would describe as consciousness technology. It was like a planetarium star show, except we were standing in a room (rather than being seated), and through the technology we experienced a wide range of human states of being...from the traumatic to the inspirational. A core lesson in the experiences was how we relate to others. That is, whether we only care about ourselves or if we go beyond a narrow self-interest to care about other people's lives (including non-human life forms). An understanding came to me that this technology is used in some of the schools that people can go to during sleep. (For more about this, see Encounters With Off-Planet Schools.)
6/27 medical qigong: A vision came to me of the Electra-Arcturus-Alnilam triangle that I experience energetically. (See entries 4/21 and 5/23 in Out And About 7.) I usually see the triangle's interior as being translucent. However, today, I saw a Mayan pyramid inside the triangle. When I mentally asked about it, I heard, "this is me" (see note). Michael saw an image of a vertical column or tube that had two wires wrapped around it. This reminded me of the electromagnetic discharge tube that Alison Carter described in her book Rainbow Stargate 33 (pages 160-162).
Note: This is similar to the "I am living it" (4/18) and "embodiment" (5/30) messages.
7/25 medical qigong: Over the past year, there have been times when I saw a heart image of a pyramid-like structure in the Alnilam star system and times when the image was a Mayan pyramid. Today, when Michael worked on my heart, I saw both images, and then they combined energetically. As this happened, I heard "alchemy." There was a sense that today's energy work by Michael and our Star Friends took great skill.
8/4 vision: In doing my energy practice with the Electra-Arcturus-Alnilam triangle, I usually see the triangle's interior as being translucent. However, tonight, I saw myself inside the triangle and looking out from it. This reminded me of a message that Michael received for me in 2023: "To obtain the guidance that you seek, first enter the temple." (Entry 4/7 in Out And About 7.)
9/3 medical qigong: Similar to our 7/25 session, I saw the Alnilam and Mayan pyramids working together, and I remembered how I heard "alchemy" in that session. This time, I understood that in doing my work with the Mayan chol q'ij as an energetic practice (4/1 in Out And About 7), it is like a door opening to the vast vibrational balancing that is done in the Alnilam system. In this way, the word "alchemy" represents the higher frequencies of the Star Nations' community of star systems that are grounded in physical Earth life through my energy practices.
11/11 medical qigong: Images came to me of a Star Nations fleet, and there were messages of support and encouragement for humanity and the Earth. Similar to our 7/25 and 10/14 sessions, I heard the words "alchemy" and "alchemical process." Along with it, I saw an image of a moonshine still and how the four elements -- fire, earth, air, and water -- work together transformationally to create a refined product. I understood that this represents the growth process that the country is undergoing.
11/25 medical qigong: There was an image of a top. A similar image has come to us several times: our 4/18 session this year and 11/7 last year. This time, the image progressed (or was refined) in the lungs (element metal). Left lung, the top had an orange color. Right lung, the top was more dynamic, with a rotating energy field. Then, toward the end of the session, the top radiated a brilliant clear light.
12/3 dream: I was with a group doing energy work. Several of them were friends in this Earth life. I also remember a female Pleiadian. One of the friends gave me a small book. It was thin, and the pages appeared to be a flexible translucent plastic having touches of pastel colors. While each page had only several lines of writing, my attention was drawn to how it emanated particular energetic qualities.
12/17 dream: I was in a large building that had what appeared to be a swimming pool. I saw myself with others in the pool. As I awoke, an understanding came to me that the "pool" was technology for experiencing a range of liquid environments and vibrational levels. Doing an energy reading on this, I understood that the building is part of the university in the Alcyone system.
12/27 dream: With a group, we used technology to experience particular higher vibrational frequencies. (In the dream, I saw the technology as being a flute-like musical instrument.) Then, having experienced the frequencies, we could go back to them through our consciousness. That is, without needing the technology.
