Preparation: Ground with the Earth and open myself to the stars.
Three Palms Facing Qigong
Do a modified version of three palms facing (one time).
When the hands are joined above the head, stay in that position and give the series of thanks.

As the hands are lowered, pause at each energy center and say its color and element:
Crown -- white, metal.
Throat -- yellow, earth.
Heart -- red, fire.
Navel -- green, wood.
Root -- black, water.
Electra-Arcturus-Alnilam Triangle
Feet shoulder-width apart, arms horizontal, palms upward.
Visualize an energetic triangle:
Left hand (Electra, yin), right hand (Arcturus, yang), and forehead (Alnilam, balance).
Lines of energies go from the forehead to the hands and out of the soles of the feet.
Ground the energies with the Earth.
To close, raise the hands and say, "For all my relations."

Electra-Arcturus-Alnilam Triangle

Note: The Electra-Arcturus-Alnilam triangle began for me in 2023. Over time, my experiences with it have evolved.
4/21 medical qigong: There was a vision of an equilateral triangle with the Electra and Arcturus star systems as the two horizontal points and Alnilam as the vertical point. In this way, I saw Electra and Arcturus as being like yin and yang. Deep connections (yin) are made within the golden pyramid in the Electra system. Whereas the Arcturian structure has expansive (yang) energies with connections to the many planets in the Star Nations community. Then, I understood that there is an ancient high-frequency civilization in the Alnilam system that works with balancing polarity on a vast scale.
5/23 medical qigong: I saw the Electra, Arcturus, and Alnilam star systems again as a triangle. This time, I experienced it energetically, with Electra energies in my left hand (palm and wrist centers), Arcturus energies in my right hand, and Alnilam energies in my forehead. As this progressed, I saw lines of energies going from my forehead to my hands and streaming out of the soles of my feet.
2024 refinements:
10/31 message: A realization came to me about connections between the Electra-Arcturus-Alnilam triangle and the three Star Nations teams I was with that came to Mesoamerica, the Gobi (or China), and Crete. I saw them as Electra, left arm = Mesoamerica; Arcturus, right arm = Crete; and Alnilam, forehead = Gobi. This gives me more clarity as to why Traditional Chinese Medicine and particular Mayan practices are of such importance to me now. Crete has not been as obvious. However, as I tap into more about it, there is a sense that the team, in collaboration with others, did energy work on a planetary scale.
2025 refinements:
6/27 medical qigong: A vision came to me of the Electra-Arcturus-Alnilam triangle. I usually see the triangle's interior as being translucent. However, today, I saw a Mayan pyramid inside the triangle.
8/4 vision: In doing my energy practice with the Electra-Arcturus-Alnilam triangle, I usually see into the triangle's interior. However, tonight, I saw myself inside the triangle and looking out from it.
11/25 medical qigong: I had another vision of a Mayan pyramid (inside the Electra-Arcturus-Alnilam triangle) and heard, "I am the pyramid." With it, I understood that it represents the connecting work I am doing with particular higher-level energies and grounding them within physical Earth life.
2026 refinements:
3/16 vision: As a new experience, I began to see colors with the triangle energies: left hand, Electra = yellow-gold; right hand, Arcturus = white; and forehead, Alnilam = deep purple. The colors for Electra and Arcturus are those that Michael and I saw for two structures in those star systems (a golden pyramid in the Electra system and a large white structure in the Arcturus system). Whereas the purple color for Alnilam was what I experienced inside a pyramid-like structure in that star system. While Alnilam has a very high frequency range, the energies in the structure were deep, and I sensed them having long waveforms. (When I described this to Michael, I used the word "vastness.")
