Encounters With Off-Planet Dreams
This collection of entries from my Out And About blogs describes vivid dreams of being out and about in the stars. In having these dreams, I often saw myself with a group or team of Star Beings from various star systems, and it was clear that our experiences were beyond physical Earth life. It was also clear to me that my off-planet dreams went hand in hand with the collaboration that I have with Michael Perfetto, a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, in how the energy circulating and balancing that I receive in his medical qigong treatments (along with with my daily practices) help me to go into higher levels of my consciousness during sleep and have the experiences that are shared in my blogs.
As Rosalind McKnight describes in her book Cosmic Journeys (page 135): "When the energies are balanced within, much work takes place -- especially in the sleep state. If the body is imbalanced, most energy is used in just balancing the internal aspects of the consciousness. When the bodily energies become balanced, and use less time during the sleep state to readjust the balance or the internal energy structures, then the person is able to work in the higher energies."

Out And About 1 (2017)
1/7 dream: I was in a large city. It was so different that I could not tell whether it was in the future or on another planet. I was walking to a destination in the city, but I did not know how to get there. I looked for a map or signs but could not find anything to be of help. Suddenly, I was on what appeared to be a train. Looking out at the passing features of the city, I had no frame of reference for where I was. However, I encountered three people (Star Beings, I sensed), and they offered their assistance.
5/24 dream: I knew that I was not on this planet. I saw a town that was beautifully designed in its simplicity, with buildings that were rounded. A large group of people were having a celebration. I realized that they were welcoming me. I was deeply touched. It felt like a homecoming. I heard music being performed and realized that an ensemble was playing some of my tunes (written in this Earth life).
10/22 dream: On a large starcraft. The craft seemed familiar to me. Rather than focusing on details about it, I was more interested in the crew. They were from different star systems, and it was clear that they worked together with deep respect, love, and cooperation.
11/26 dream: After coming home from vacation, I checked for phone messages. One of the calls was from a university. (Several dreams about an off-planet university are in my later blogs.)
12/24 dream: Another dream about being on a starcraft. As I woke up, there was a sense that something of importance had taken place.
Out And About 2 (2018)
1/4 dream: I was in a meeting with a large group. It felt like we were off-planet. The project director told us that we had completed a significant task. At one point, I stood by him, and he asked if I had finished my work, and I said "yes." He replied, "Well then, go home, and we'll see you tomorrow." After that, a friend in the group came over and told me that he was going to Country Kitchen for breakfast. That sounded good. However, I wanted to go home...and at that moment, I woke up.
1/21 dream: A starcraft fleet. With this image, there was a message about how humanity is part of a vast family or community (in the stars) and is receiving love and help.
1/22 dream: I was shown Star Nations technologies that can transform toxic sites into pristine land.
2/5 dream: Went to an off-planet university and met people who were collaborating with a water-based intelligent species.
2/12 dream: I was out in deep space with a Mantis Star Being. (One of my Guides, I sensed.)
4/22 dream: I was flying (by myself) in a small anti-gravity craft over a large city. As this happened, I thought to myself, "I know how to use this technology!"
5/29 dream: A concert of Star Nations music. It was a large-scale production, and it took place on an enormous starcraft. I understood that the event was a celebration of the unity of the Star Nations community of planetary civilizations.
8/17 dream: Saw trees on other planets. Earth trees are connected with them, and they communicate.
11/14 dream: A friend was looking into further studies. I was interested. However, the school was in another city, and I have much to do here. Awakening, a message came to me: "You are already in a program of interstellar studies."
Out And About 3 (2019)
2/24 dream: In the stars with a Native American woman. Tonantzin? (Several dreams or visions of her came to me in February.)
3/27 dream: I was shown how humans have primal urges to battle and win. The scene shifted. I was in space, among the stars, and a word came to me..."origins."
4/5 medical qigong: Michael saw an image of a large structure. I saw it as having a radiant white color. Three Star Beings were standing in front of the structure, and there was an understanding that they were Arcturians. It felt to me that I had a connection with them and this place.
4/11 dream: I have become used to connecting with various kinds of Star Beings in my energy practices and medical qigong sessions. However, in a curious way, I often see them as having a human form in my dreams. That said, in this dream I was talking with a Star Being, and all of a sudden I thought to myself, "Hey, I see you!" (Non-human form.) After I woke up, I knew that this was one of the three Arcturians that Michael and I encountered during last week's medical qigong session (entry 4/5).
5/26 dream: Traveling in the stars. I can go anywhere effortlessly and instantaneously. I heard these words: "This is our birthright."
8/23 dream: I was in deep space and saw bubble-like Beings of various sizes.
Out And About 4 (2020)
2/1 dream: Saw a music performance with a large ensemble. It took place on a different planet. The piece being performed had been written by another part of myself. (There was an understanding that this actually happened.)
2/4 dream: "Postcards" (as I symbolically saw them) were coming to me from the stars.
6/1 dream: I saw a device that had an oblong shape. A diagram was on it. As I held this device in the dream, I knew that it was used in healing practices similar to acupuncture in the stars.
6/3 dream: With a group at a university (not on this planet). I noticed that everyone had longer hair. I understood that I was there for a meeting. After waking up, I did not have the usual smooth transition from dream state to physical. It felt like I was still in the dream. After a bit of time and going downstairs to start breakfast, I was then fully back here.
9/4 dream: On another planet, in a large city. I saw different kinds of Star Beings.
10/19 dream: I observed a team of Star Beings working on an advanced technology craft. One of the technicians explained what they were doing and showed me several parts.
Out And About 5 (2021)
5/9 dream: At a university, I saw a series of tall aquariums with different kinds of fish. The last one had a water-based species of Star Beings...not fish. There were so many in the aquarium that it appeared that they were overpopulated. However, I understood that, as multidimensional beings, they have the ability to go wherever they want to live their lives.
Note: I had a previous visit with them in 2018. See entry 2/5 in Out And About 2. It is now my understanding that this university is in the Alcyone star system.
5/20 dream: I was with a group in a restaurant. We waited for a server to come to our table. We waited and waited... Finally, one came, and I spoke with him about the long wait. The scene changed, and we were on the sidewalk of a neighborhood street. I saw people (not the staff from the restaurant) working together to carry food on large platters. The platters were set up on long tables as an outdoor buffet. As I awoke from this dream, there was an understanding that it represented the differences between Disclosure (waiting for a top-down official announcement about the reality of intelligent life beyond Earth) and Emergence (a bottom-up transformation of consciousness from within humanity that will lead to the public knowledge of this reality).
8/10 dream: On another planet. There were several structures, and they had an open space between them. A group of people were doing an energy practice in front of one of the structures, and I joined them. Afterwards, I was asked to speak, and I described the current conditions on Earth. With that, I said, "The friction between polarized social divisions is building up energies that will serve as a springboard for accelerated growth." Then, I went into one of the structures with several people. As I looked around, I saw an old friend.
Note: The polarized social divisions message reminds me of these words that came to me in 2017: "Physical life on Earth is a mix of contradictions. And yet, for that very reason, it is a place of rich creativity." (Entry 12/13 in Out And About 1.)
Out And About 6 (2022)
1/24 dream: I was with a group at a high frequency, and we participated in a ceremony. When I awoke, there was an understanding that the group included Beings from around 20 star systems.
2/8 dream: Saw a device that used light frequencies for healing work.
4/20 dream: I was on a starcraft. However, this time, the craft was unfamiliar to me. I understood that it was from another galaxy, and the words "making new connections" came into my mind.
9/24 dream: I saw myself with many teachers in a large room at a university. Then, as the dream continued, I was with a class, and I used an image of a spider web to explore aspects of light, sound, and vibration with them.
Note: More has come to me about this dream. I now understand that it takes place in higher Earth frequencies (not on another planet) and people can come to this school, as well as to others, during sleep. This is one of the ways that the Star Nations (community of advanced planetary civilizations) are using to connect with more people. (See Encounters With Off-Planet Schools.)
Out And About 7 (2023)
2/17 dream: Another dream (there have been several recently) about teaching at a school in higher Earth frequencies during sleep.
9/21 dream: I was at a high school reunion; however, I did not recognize anyone. All of the people were dressed up. Whereas, instead of a suit, I wore shorts, hiking boots, and an old shirt. Then my appearance changed. I was in my energy body. It had a beautiful radiance. At that point, there was one person who talked with me. It was clear that she, too, has experienced how there is much more to us than simply having a human life on Earth.
10/25 dream: I saw a music ensemble and an audience (off-planet). I understood that they were going to perform my New Tango No. 1. However, many of the musicians were young people, and I wondered how they would be able to play this piece given that much of it is improvised. As the dream progressed, I began to hear the music, and it sounded really good.
11/1 dream: I was with a Qigong Master. He appeared to be a very old Chinese man. He radiated kindness and deep wisdom. There was also a team (of Star Beings) that observed me as I progressed in the training. They were happy with how I was doing.
Out And About 8 (2024)
2/25 dream: I was teaching a music theory class (how it appeared to me). After waking up, I thought the dream was similar to several that I had in 2022 and 2023. In those dreams, I understood that I was teaching at a school in higher Earth frequencies. (See entry 9/24 in Out And About 6.) However, doing an energy reading on this dream, there was an understanding that the class was at a university in the Alcyone star system (Pleiades).
3/4 dream: A vast energy field. With it, there was a profound sense of expansion.
9/23 dream: I was at a conference. It took place at the university in the Alcyone system (entry 2/25). Later in the dream, the conference came to an end. I knew that it was time to go home, and at that moment I woke up. After a short time, I fell asleep and began to dream again. I was back at the university. This time, I was in a clear enclosure and doing something with plants. They had small pink and white flowers and were in containers with a white-colored liquid. As I continued to work with the plants, I noticed that two small Star Beings were with me. They had a duck-like appearance (how I saw them in the dream). However, it was clear that they were intelligent Beings. One of them greeted me like an old friend.
11/26 dream: Unusual dream last night. In it, I saw several of my blog entries from 2022 and 2023. They were about encounters with three Star Beings that were from a different galaxy. For me, this was a reminder of how humanity and all of the Earth life system are receiving love and help from a vast community in the stars...even from beyond our galaxy. (See entries 4/20 in Out And About 6 and 12/1, 12/15 in Out And About 7.)
Out And About 9 (2025)
5/5 dream: I was in a meeting at the university in the Alcyone star system (Pleiades). The building that we were in was familiar to me. It felt like I had returned to it. There was a discussion of how I will have a role in a project that will prepare more Pleiadians to help humanity and the Earth after Full Disclosure (of how humanity is not alone in the universe) has taken place. It was my understanding that I will begin to do this while I am still having this physical Earth life (as higher-level experiences) as well as after it. As I awoke from the dream, I was in an energetic state of being that was beyond description.
Note: It is now my understanding that other star systems are creating similar post-disclosure projects (coordinated by the Star Nations). Each one will focus on particular ways to help humanity and the Earth.
5/18 dream: As a continuation of the 5/5 dream, I was with a group at the university in the Alycone star system. Each one gave a presentation of the particular skills that they are using in the post-disclosure project.
10/1 dream: I was with a group at the university in the Alcyone star system. Each of us worked on new pieces of music. There was an understanding that they would be performed this Friday (10/3).
10/2 dream: I was traveling with several others in a large vehicle. They were also writing music for the project that I saw in the previous night's dream.
Note During my morning energy practice today, an understanding came to me that Friday's concert will be Pleiadian energy work to help humanity and the Earth.
10/3 vision and dream: Doing my evening energy practice last night, I saw an image of the overtone series in music. I understood that it represented the Pleiadian energy work in how each person, at their particular frequency level of consciousness, is being helped in their growth. (This is done at higher levels of ourselves and manifested in our lives through developing empathy, compassion, and cooperation.) Then, in a dream, surprising images came to me. First, I saw cannons on a WW2 battleship. They were firing. Then, superimposed on them was an acupuncture needle. With this, I heard, "Breaking up stagnant energies, enabling flow and balance."
10/31 dream: I taught what appeared to be a series of qigong classes. There was an understanding that this was at the Alcyone university and part of the post-disclosure project.
11/30 dream: At first, I was in an off-planet city with some family members. Knowing the city, I took them to several places. Then, I saw a large book. Looking through it, I discovered that the middle of the book had pages of another book. They had information about ancient spiritual practices in the Andes.
12/17 dream: I was in a large building that had what appeared to be a swimming pool. I saw myself with others in the pool. As I awoke, an understanding came to me that the "pool" was technology for experiencing a range of liquid environments and vibrational levels (see note). Doing an energy reading on this, I understood that the building is part of the university in the Alcyone system.
Note: It is now my understanding that this has to do with the water-based Star Beings that I saw at the university in entries 2/5 in Out And About 2 and 5/9 in Out And About 5.
Out And About 10 (2026)
1/16 dream: I was in a room at the university in the Alcyone system. At first, I was alone. Looking around the room, I was happy to be back. Others began to join me. They were teammates in the post-disclosure project. Then, we discussed the project.
3/4 dream: Speaking with a large group, I described how experiencing higher levels of our consciousness is similar to music. In learning to play a woodwind instrument, a person starts with one note; then, with practice, learns to play all of the notes in the standard range of the instrument. However, at a more advanced level, one can learn to play in the altissimo range, which is higher than the standard range. Altissimo is exactly like experiencing the levels of our consciousness that are beyond physical Earth life.
3/20 dream (spring equinox): Before going to sleep last night, I asked for a dream to give me a message for the spring equinox. A dream did come in response. In it, I heard Donut Music. I composed this piece for a commission from Keith Calmes in 2012. As I listened to it in my dream, I saw how the different styles of music that I used in this piece express a spirit of diversity and equality that humanity needs for living together on this planet...and becoming an interstellar people.
3/25 message and dream: I enjoy hearing from friends about their dreams and higher-level experiences. Today, I heard from Anouk Sophia. We have been collaborating on an ongoing series of videos since 2022. She told me about a dream that she just had. As she described it, "We were in an old building like a library or a college like Oxford, and you were busy writing. I was happy to see you and had a sense that I would join you in writing." And then she said, "I was having a conversation with you. I know I said something to you but cannot recall what it was, only that I woke up with the sense I must also ‘write.’" Being curious about the school that she saw, I did an energy reading on it and understood that it was the university in the Alcyone star system (described in many of my blog entries). Along with it, I understood that she is helping with the Pleiadian post-disclosure project that is based at the university.
4/6 dream: I heard the words "preparing for disclosure." Then, instead of waiting for a "we are not alone" announcement from the government, I saw more people using various ways to tap into an inner knowing that we are part of a vast community of life in the cosmos.
4/11 dream: I was with a group of people at an institute or university that researched consciousness. It had impressive facilities. We met with several staff members and were given copies of a document that described their projects. As I looked through my copy, I did not see anything that was similar to the experiences that Michael Perfetto and I are having. Others in the group found projects that worked for them. However, I was still trying to figure out what to do. Then, all of the staff left (perhaps for a shift change), and new staff came in. I spoke with a person that appeared to be a director. I described what Michael and I are doing with our energy work and the Star Beings who are helping us. It became clear that he was not understanding. At that point, the dream ended. I was left with an unsettled feeling. I did not know what (if anything) might happen next with the institute.

5/5 dream: I was in a meeting at the university in the Alcyone star system (Pleiades). The building that we were in was familiar to me. It felt like I had returned to it. There was a discussion of how I will have a role in a project that will prepare more Pleiadians to help humanity and the Earth after Full Disclosure (of how humanity is not alone in the universe) has taken place. It was my understanding that I will begin to do this while I am still having this physical Earth life (as higher-level experiences) as well as after it. As I awoke from the dream, I was in an energetic state of being that was beyond description.
Note: It is now my understanding that other star systems are creating similar post-disclosure projects (coordinated by the Star Nations). Each one will focus on particular ways to help humanity and the Earth.
5/18 dream: As a continuation of the 5/5 dream, I was with a group at the university in the Alycone star system. Each one gave a presentation of the particular skills that they are using in the post-disclosure project.
10/1 dream: I was with a group at the university in the Alcyone star system. Each of us worked on new pieces of music. There was an understanding that they would be performed this Friday (10/3).
10/2 dream: I was traveling with several others in a large vehicle. They were also writing music for the project that I saw in the previous night's dream.
Note During my morning energy practice today, an understanding came to me that Friday's concert will be Pleiadian energy work to help humanity and the Earth.
10/3 vision and dream: Doing my evening energy practice last night, I saw an image of the overtone series in music. I understood that it represented the Pleiadian energy work in how each person, at their particular frequency level of consciousness, is being helped in their growth. (This is done at higher levels of ourselves and manifested in our lives through developing empathy, compassion, and cooperation.) Then, in a dream, surprising images came to me. First, I saw cannons on a WW2 battleship. They were firing. Then, superimposed on them was an acupuncture needle. With this, I heard, "Breaking up stagnant energies, enabling flow and balance."
10/31 dream: I taught what appeared to be a series of qigong classes. There was an understanding that this was at the Alcyone university and part of the post-disclosure project.
11/30 dream: At first, I was in an off-planet city with some family members. Knowing the city, I took them to several places. Then, I saw a large book. Looking through it, I discovered that the middle of the book had pages of another book. They had information about ancient spiritual practices in the Andes.
12/17 dream: I was in a large building that had what appeared to be a swimming pool. I saw myself with others in the pool. As I awoke, an understanding came to me that the "pool" was technology for experiencing a range of liquid environments and vibrational levels (see note). Doing an energy reading on this, I understood that the building is part of the university in the Alcyone system.
Note: It is now my understanding that this has to do with the water-based Star Beings that I saw at the university in entries 2/5 in Out And About 2 and 5/9 in Out And About 5.
Out And About 10 (2026)
1/16 dream: I was in a room at the university in the Alcyone system. At first, I was alone. Looking around the room, I was happy to be back. Others began to join me. They were teammates in the post-disclosure project. Then, we discussed the project.
3/4 dream: Speaking with a large group, I described how experiencing higher levels of our consciousness is similar to music. In learning to play a woodwind instrument, a person starts with one note; then, with practice, learns to play all of the notes in the standard range of the instrument. However, at a more advanced level, one can learn to play in the altissimo range, which is higher than the standard range. Altissimo is exactly like experiencing the levels of our consciousness that are beyond physical Earth life.
3/20 dream (spring equinox): Before going to sleep last night, I asked for a dream to give me a message for the spring equinox. A dream did come in response. In it, I heard Donut Music. I composed this piece for a commission from Keith Calmes in 2012. As I listened to it in my dream, I saw how the different styles of music that I used in this piece express a spirit of diversity and equality that humanity needs for living together on this planet...and becoming an interstellar people.
3/25 message and dream: I enjoy hearing from friends about their dreams and higher-level experiences. Today, I heard from Anouk Sophia. We have been collaborating on an ongoing series of videos since 2022. She told me about a dream that she just had. As she described it, "We were in an old building like a library or a college like Oxford, and you were busy writing. I was happy to see you and had a sense that I would join you in writing." And then she said, "I was having a conversation with you. I know I said something to you but cannot recall what it was, only that I woke up with the sense I must also ‘write.’" Being curious about the school that she saw, I did an energy reading on it and understood that it was the university in the Alcyone star system (described in many of my blog entries). Along with it, I understood that she is helping with the Pleiadian post-disclosure project that is based at the university.
4/6 dream: I heard the words "preparing for disclosure." Then, instead of waiting for a "we are not alone" announcement from the government, I saw more people using various ways to tap into an inner knowing that we are part of a vast community of life in the cosmos.
4/11 dream: I was with a group of people at an institute or university that researched consciousness. It had impressive facilities. We met with several staff members and were given copies of a document that described their projects. As I looked through my copy, I did not see anything that was similar to the experiences that Michael Perfetto and I are having. Others in the group found projects that worked for them. However, I was still trying to figure out what to do. Then, all of the staff left (perhaps for a shift change), and new staff came in. I spoke with a person that appeared to be a director. I described what Michael and I are doing with our energy work and the Star Beings who are helping us. It became clear that he was not understanding. At that point, the dream ended. I was left with an unsettled feeling. I did not know what (if anything) might happen next with the institute.
