Encounters With Equality In The Stars
When I reflect on the difficulties that much of humanity has over skin color,
I think to myself, "You should see my Guides!"

This collection of entries from my Out And About blogs focuses on the equality that Michael Perfetto and I have experienced with the various kinds of Star Beings who are helping us in our energy work. To be clear, these are actual personal experiences. The Beings have different kinds of appearances. Some are humanoid, and some are not. In our experiences with them, there is always a deep sense of equality, love, and mutual respect...that we are teammates. This is an important message for humanity at this time.
As an introduction to our work...
I was introduced to qigong (related to tai chi as a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine) in 1995 by Frances Gander, who received training with Grandmaster Chian Ho Yin. I felt an immediate connection with it. (Frances was also the first person to tell me about similarities between Chinese acupuncture and Mayan healing practices.)
Then, new worlds opened for me in 2017 when I began to have acupuncture with Michael Perfetto. In addition to classical acupuncture, we also used Chinese herbs as internal energy work, and, importantly, Michael introduced me to methods that were developed by Robert Monroe (such as Hemi-Sync sound technology) to enable one to experientially know that we are more than our physical body.
After several months, Michael told me about a Hemi-Sync guided meditation CD called Into the Light: Meeting Your Guides, and I ordered it from the Monroe Institute. The meditation (while listening to the Hemi-Sync binaural recording with stereo headphones) was an easy experience for me. After going into a relaxed state, I was suddenly with my Guide, and there was a recognition that I had felt her presence for many years. However, during that time, I did not know who or what it was. Now, in seeing her, I felt an ancient connection and knew her to be a deep well of wisdom, along with having powerful healing abilities and a wonderful sense of humor. I should also mention that she is a Star Being. That is, from a star system beyond ours in the Star Nations community of advanced planetary civilizations. And, I discovered that she is with a team of Guides from different star systems who are helping me.
Then, after 16 months of acupuncture, I switched to medical qigong in 2018 when Michael began to offer it. Medical qigong is a direct application of energies (Qi) to the major organ systems. We quickly discovered, as we worked with higher and more refined energies, that intuitive messages and images would often come to us in our sessions. In particular, there were visions of us being helped in the energy work by my higher-level team of Guides along with other Star Beings. Michael and I came to understand that our collaboration goes far beyond the two of us.
The experiences described in this collection take us to the heart of who we think we are. This brings into focus many of the deeply embedded things in society that serve to define us -- as well as divide us -- such as attitudes about race, gender, national and political identities, social status, etc. By coming to a realization that these are based on artificial social constructs, it is possible that our self-identity can expand into a higher identity...one that we all have in common. This one thing could be a game changer for humanity and the world.
Out And About 1 (2017)
7/18 vision: At the Outer Banks (NC). A clear night sky. Looking at the Milky Way from the beach house deck, a vision came to me of a multitude of people, on this planet and in the stars, who are collaborating in a mission to help the Earth take her place as a member of the Star Nations community.
8/15 hemi-sync: During a hemi-sync meditation, I was in a library and knew that it represented my Higher Self. The library contained records of the multitude of lifetimes, as a Source Energy Being, that I have had on Earth and in many other places: different star systems, galaxies, dimensions, etc. (Visions of my Higher Self have also come to me as a huge cable containing a countless number of strands, with each one being a lifetime.)
10/22 dream: On a large starcraft. The craft seemed familiar to me. Rather than focusing on details about it, I was more interested in the crew. They were from different star systems, and it was clear that they worked together with deep respect, love, and cooperation.
12/7 message: "Whatever words we use to describe ourselves, we are infinitely more than that."
Out And About 2 (2018)
1/21 dream: A starcraft fleet. With this image, there was a message about how humanity is part of a vast family or community (in the stars) and is receiving love and help.
2/5 dream: Went to an off-planet university and met people who were collaborating with a water-based intelligent species.
2/12 dream: I was out in deep space with a Mantis Star Being. (One of my Guides.)
7/26 dream: In a large house with many visitors. People introduced themselves to me as though they knew me. There was a spirit of friendship, cooperation, and being part of a big-picture project.
Out And About 3 (2019)
2/18 dream: I was traveling in deep space and saw bright points of light that stood out. As I watched the lights, they began to move, and I had an understanding that they were "Diamond Light" Beings (how I saw them).
2/24 dream: In the stars with a Native American woman. Tonantzin? (Several dreams or visions of her came to me in February.)
3/27 dream: I was shown how humans have primal urges to battle and win. The scene shifted. I was in space, among the stars, and a word came to me..."origins."
4/5 medical qigong: Michael saw an image of a large structure. I saw it as having a radiant white color. Three Star Beings were standing in front of the structure, and there was an understanding that they were Arcturians. It felt to me that I had a connection with them and this place.
4/24 medical qigong: A vision came to Michael of the three Star Beings that we first saw several weeks ago. They told him to "keep doing this" (medical qigong for me). Inside the Arcturian structure, I saw a beam of white light going from my heart out to the stars. Then, the beam split into a vast number of them. Each beam was connected to a particular star system having an advanced planetary civilization. With this, words came into my mind: "These are the Star Nations."
8/23 dream: I was in deep space and saw bubble-like Beings of various sizes.
10/10 vision: A tall Being with light blue skin. Feminine, flowing features, and powerful energies. (One of my Guides.)
Out And About 4 (2020)
3/14 vision: Images of ancient Crete. I saw a group of men and women doing energy work. All of them had connections with the stars. There were sensations of very powerful energies.
6/14 vision: At our farmhouse in WV. When we arrived and walked across the yard toward the house, I felt a quality of energy that was new to me. (However, there was also something familiar about it.) Later, I was standing on the porch. Feeling this energy again, I looked up and saw a starcraft partially materialize in the sky. I felt a deep joy and mentally sent love and gratitude to the crew. In return, I felt love and gratitude from them. (This actually happened.)
8/12 medical qigong: While doing energy work on me, Michael looked down and saw a THIRD HAND. Amazed, he turned and saw a Pleiadian standing next to him who was helping us.
Out And About 5 (2021)
1/29 medical qigong: There was a small flash of white light, and within it was the face of a Star Being (Arcturian, I sensed). It was right in front of my face for several moments, and then it disappeared.
3/19 medical qigong: I found myself on Mars. (There was no traveling. Rather, I was suddenly there.) I had an understanding that intelligent life is on that planet. However, they are in a higher frequency range. Then, I was walking in a long tunnel or corridor (into an underground complex, I sensed).
4/2 medical qigong: I was inside a golden pyramid. (I first encountered it in 2018. See entry 9/19 in Out And About 2.) The structure is extremely ancient, and I saw it as being hollow or like an inverted funnel. Looking for words to describe it, I heard “making deep connections.” And, there was an understanding that Beings from many star systems come to this pyramid for energy work...that it has special functions. Then, Michael received a message for me: "Kazinan is home." Doing an energy reading on the word kazinan, I understood that it is the fourth planet in the Electra star system (Pleiades star cluster). I also understood that the golden pyramid is on that planet.
4/22 dream: With a group, we went to a series of places in the higher planes that had Mayan-like structures. I was shown a chart that listed around 100 levels. Each one had particular qualities. (More about this is in entry 10/24 in Out And About 6.)
4/23 medical qigong: We were with a council inside the Arcturian structure (entry 4/5 in Out And About 3). Then, I saw a fleet of starcrafts around the Earth and heard the words, "More help is coming" (for humanity). Michael saw a group of Energy Beings (not humanoid). He drew a sketch of them. They were like thin clouds that were vertical and had a sparkling appearance. Toward the end of the session, I had a brief vision of Michael as a Star Being.
5/2 message: As I looked at tall oak trees today, I felt a deep connection with them. It went beyond feeling life energy to sensing their intelligence. There was also a message that humanity is often blind to how other life forms that are living with us on this planet have intelligence.
5/9 dream: At a university, I saw a series of tall aquariums with different kinds of fish. The last one had a water-based species of Star Beings...not fish. There were so many in the aquarium that it appeared that they were overpopulated. However, I understood that, as multidimensional beings, they have the ability to go wherever they want to live their lives.
Note: I had a previous visit with them in 2018. See entry 2/5 in Out And About 2. It is now my understanding that this university is in the Alcyone star system (Pleiades).
6/16 message: "When humanity learns that we are not alone in the universe, it will be like discovering parts of our family tree that no one told us about."
11/16 medical qigong: I saw myself in deep space. Then, a dolphin was with me in the cosmic ocean.
Out And About 6 (2022)
1/18 medical qigong: There was a vision of Michael and me with my Guides and other Star Beings. We stood with them at their frequency level, and there was a distinct sense of equality...that all of us were teammates. Then, when Michael worked on my heart, he saw a stone archway surrounded with mounds of snow. An orange light came through the entrance. There was an understanding that this site is in Antarctica. As Michael drew a sketch of it, I suddenly said, "Mars...there is a connection with Mars!" (This came as an inner knowing.) Later, at home, I did energy readings on the site and understood that it is an ancient transportation system (Arcturian technology, I sensed) between Earth and Mars. The site has been dormant for a very long time. However, at some point it will be reactivated.
1/24 dream: I was with a group at a high frequency, and we participated in a ceremony. When I awoke, there was an understanding that the group included Beings from around 20 star systems.
3/13 messages: On 3/6, Sterling (an intuitive reader that I have followed for the past year) received a message from his Guides that three groups of Star Beings helped to stabilize a nuclear power plant in Ukraine after a fire was started in it. Afterwards, I did an energy reading on the three groups and understood that they were Pleiadians, Arcturians, and Lyrans. I then wrote to Sterling about this and asked for more details. Happily, my message was included in his show today. Sterling's Guides confirmed that the three groups were Pleiadians, Arcturians, and Lyrans, as I received in my reading. In addition, they provided more details, including how Hybrid Beings, part technology and part cell structure, were also used (as technicians, I sense). This is an example of how the Star Nations are working behind the scenes to help humanity and the planet.
3/17 message: The words "Star Nations in Residence" came into my mind. Then, there was a vision of many Star Beings who are currently having a human lifetime. Each person in this group represents a star system in the Star Nations community and utilizes its special qualities in their mission here.
4/26 medical qigong: For Michael, he had a brief glimpse of a humanoid Star Being with darker skin who was helping us (entry 9/27 has another experience with him). Toward the end of the session, I felt a state of being that I described to Michael as "sparkling light."
5/24 medical qigong: The current state of Earth was discussed in a Star Nations council. From what I understood, in addition to the ways that are already being used to help humanity, the Star Nations will connect with more people through higher-level dreams. (This is similar to entry 8/24 in Out And About 5.)
6/21 vision: Mars in the far-distant past. I saw landscapes and higher-frequency Beings. There was a message: "If one does not have a physical body (dense matter), then it does not matter what the physical conditions are like on a planet in order for intelligent life to exist there."
7/5 medical qigong: Waiting for my appointment, I went into a relaxed state, and a vision came to me of being on a starcraft. I saw how conditions on Earth are monitored by the Star Nations. Complex coordination takes place between many councils and collectives in their ongoing support for humanity's growth into higher consciousness. Michael received several images during our session: a silver craft, a group of Star Beings, an orange light in the background (see note), and a device that appeared to be some kind of a gauge.
Note: I wondered if this was related to our 1/18 session when a vision came to Michael of an ancient transportation system between Earth and Mars in Antarctica. In that vision, he saw an orange light coming through the entrance.
9/24 dream: I saw myself with many teachers in a large room at a university. Then, as the dream continued, I was with a class, and I used an image of a spider web to explore aspects of light, sound, and vibration with them.
Note: More has come to me about this dream. I now understand that it takes place in higher Earth frequencies (not on another planet), and people can come to this school, as well as to others, during sleep. This is one of the ways that the Star Nations are using to connect with more people (entry 5/24).
9/27 medical qigong: As Michael worked on my heart, a vision came to him of a humanoid Star Being with darker skin (first encountered in our 4/26 session). The Being smiled and said to Michael, "He's finding it." (We understood that this meant me.)
Update 12/28: Doing an energy reading on the Star Being in Michael's vision, I am understanding that he is from the Alnilam star system (middle star of Orion's Belt).
10/24 vision: Standing at the customer service counter of the food store, an image came into my mind of what appeared to be a Maya Elder.
Note: It is now my understanding that he served as a guide to the higher-plane structures in entry 4/22 in Out And About 5.
10/25 medical qigong: Another masterful session with Michael. It served as a reminder that our organs are physical manifestations of particular energies. This is represented by the attributes that are given to the five major organ systems in Traditional Chinese Medicine. From this perspective, the human body is a physical manifestation of ourselves as energy beings.
12/6 medical qigong: Energy work was being done on multiple levels of myself by a separate team at each level. At the highest level, I saw myself as a Light Being. I was with a small group of similar Beings, and we were communicating with one another.
Out And About 7 (2023)
3/13 message: Connecting with my team of Guides this morning, I heard these words: "You are one of us."
The following entry is about experiencing equality energetically. The directional placement of the four elements that I use in my practices was received in teachings from the K'iche' Maya Elder Rigoberto Itzep Chanchavac in Guatemala.
4/1 vision: When I received a message about "working in pairs" several months ago, one of the images that came to me was two bar magnets. One magnet was horizontal, and the other was vertical. Combined, they formed an equal-arm cross and represented the four directions: east (+) and west (-), horizontal; north (+) and south (-), vertical. Yang and yin are also part of the image of the combined bar magnets and four directions. For each magnet, yang leads to yin (grounding). Horizontal (yin): east, fire (+) = lesser yang; west, earth (-) = greater yin. Vertical (yang): north, air (+) = greater yang; south, water (-) = lesser yin. By using these attributes for the four directions and sensing them energetically, there is an experience of what I describe as a vibrational framework of existence. That is, directly and without a veneer of language. It is also interesting to reflect on how fire (lesser yang) and water (lesser yin) have transformative natures. Fire = combustion. Water = dissolution. Interacting with the other two elements, fire has an upward movement into air (greater yang), and water has a downward movement into earth (greater yin).
5/5 medical qigong: Several images came to Michael. When he worked on my left lung, he had an experience of neiguan or inner vision, in which he saw the lung filled with shimmering white light. With my heart, he saw the face of a dark-skinned woman who was laughing. I understood that this was my primary Guide, a female Reptoid Star Being, appearing to him in a human form. (She has a wonderful sense of humor and has done this, in different forms, several times in previous sessions.) I also understood that it was a message to humanity about outward appearances.
6/23 medical qigong: While I was sitting in the waiting room, I felt a large energetic presence, and I suddenly realized that a whale had connected with me. Then, I saw us in deep space, and it felt like we were teammates as star travelers. When my session with Michael began, I felt the usual love and help from my Guides. With that, there was a vision of a person underwater in an old diving suit, with an air hose going up to the surface and a crew operating the air pump. I had an immediate understanding that this represents how my Guides and Star Friends are supporting me in this human life in Earth's physical density.
7/7 medical qigong: A vision of landscapes on Mars. Then, unexpectedly, there was a message about connections between Mars and whales. When I did an energy reading on the possibility of whales (as interstellar Beings) having lived in the ancient Martian oceans, I received a strong "yes."
Note: In having these messages about whales, it is my understanding that they have a special mission on numerous planets in the Star Nations community.
7/21 medical qigong: Michael and I were surrounded by Star Beings who were helping us. A core group consisted of four Beings: A dark-skinned Being from Alnilam (entry 9/27 in Out And About 6) was standing by my feet. A tall female Being with light blue skin (one of my Guides) was at my left side. A male Mantis Being (also one of my Guides) was at my right side. And, my primary Guide (a female Reptoid Being) was behind my head. Unexpectedly, I realized that a whale (entry 6/23) was below me, and above me was a large starcraft. This formed the Six Directions. There were also several tall, very powerful Beings in the background, and I understood that they were Birth Angels. When Michael worked on my heart, a vision came to me of three Arcturians (entry 4/5 in Out And About 3) standing together. The one in the middle held a device that had a trident-like shape...except the middle prong was shorter than the outer two. (This was similar to one that Michael saw last year. See entry 2/16 in Out And About 6.) At one point, the Arcturian moved the device up to his forehead in a way that reminded me of a salute.
9/1 medical qigong: As the session progressed, I felt a powerful Mantis energy in the room. When I told Michael about it, he said that he had a vision of a Mantis Being as he worked on my lungs. We also received help from other kinds of Star Beings. However, I experienced the Mantis energy as being predominant today. Then, when Michael worked on my heart, there was a vision of a translucent Being.
12/1 medical qigong: Several messages and images came to Michael. When he worked on my lungs, he heard “advancement.” Then, with my heart, he saw three shapes that he described as manifestations of light. He drew a sketch of them; however, they were not like anything that I had seen before. Doing an energy reading on them, I understood that they were starcrafts from another galaxy. Along with this, Michael had a vision of three Star Beings and heard the words “three at the table.” It seemed to me that this was a council (or part of one). Doing a reading on the Beings, I understood that they were with the three starcrafts as representatives from their galaxy.
Note: The starcrafts reminded me of this dream from last year: "I was on a starcraft. However, this time, the craft was unfamiliar to me. I understood that it was from another galaxy, and the words 'making new connections' came into my mind." (Entry 4/20 in Out And About 6.)
Out And About 8 (2024)
9/23 dream: I was at a conference. It took place at the university in the Alcyone system. Later in the dream, the conference came to an end. I knew that it was time to go home, and at that moment I woke up. After a short time, I fell asleep and began to dream again. I was back at the university. This time, I was in a clear enclosure and doing something with plants. They had small pink and white flowers and were in containers with a white-colored liquid. As I continued to work with the plants, I noticed that two small Star Beings were with me. They had a duck-like appearance (how I saw them in the dream). However, it was clear that they were intelligent Beings. One of them greeted me like an old friend.
9/27 medical qigong: Several images came to Michael. One of them was a feminine Star Being. He described her as having pinkish skin and a bump on her forehead. Doing an energy reading on her, I understood that she is a new member of my team of Guides.
10/18 message: On Sterling's Youtube show last week, a question was asked about whether the Dalai Lama has met E.T.s. The answer from his Guides was "yes, many times." Doing an energy reading on this, I understood that it was with Pleiadians from the Alcyone star system. And, it was through higher-level experiences. That is, non-physical.
Out And About 9 (2025)
1/3 medical qigong: While I was sitting in the waiting room, I saw myself with a pod of whales in the stars. This vision continued into our session. As the energy work unfolded, I saw Michael standing on my left, and there was a brief vision of a non-humanoid translucent Being on my right that was helping us.
Note: I have had a series of higher-level experiences with whales, starting with one in 2023. (See entries 6/23, 7/7, and 7/21 in Out And About 7.) Now, the connections have expanded to more of them. I have come to understand that whales, as interstellar Beings having physical Earth lives, are part of the Star Nations mission to help humanity and the Earth.
3/27 dream: I was with a group of Indigenous Americans who were doing Spirit work. At first, I only saw the men. However, as the dream progressed, I saw women who were also participating. I sensed that the women's energy work was at deeper levels with the Earth. It was clear that both were needed for balance and completeness. They welcomed me, and I did my energy work with the stars as a contribution to their practices.
5/2 medical qigong: Michael saw the pink female Star Being helping us again. Along with it, there were several images: left lung (element metal) = a tower and antenna, right lung = a blue Avian (bird) Star Being, heart (element fire) = my granddaughter, and liver (element wood) = a beautiful dark green color. When he asked about what I needed to know, he saw an image of two separated semicircles, representing above and below. I knew that it was the 11:11 symbol for the Universal Law of Symmetry. (See Chief Golden Light Eagle's book Maka Wicahpi Wicohan.)
Note: While I have heard about Avian Star Beings, this was the first time that one had joined us in our energy work.
5/11 message: I was reflecting just now about how I have had a number of dreams and visions lately about Indigenous American ceremonies and Mayan pyramids. As I thought about this, I heard "old friends."
5/26 message: Sitting on our deck, I felt a tingling in the top of my head. Then, I felt the energetic presence of a starcraft (it could not be seen) above our house. Wondering about the craft, I heard "Pleiadian." There was a deep sense of love coming to me from the crew. In turn, I sent love and gratitude to them. Finally, there was a surprising message: "We are going to stir up good trouble."...and I laughed.
Note: This experience is similar to one that I had in 2020 at our farmhouse in WV. (See entry 6/14 in Out And About 6.)
7/2 dream: I was shown several documents. (I understood that they had to do with the Star Nations team that went to the Gobi.) Then, I heard the words "complementary polarity."
Note: I see this as another message about "working in pairs." (See entry 4/1 in Out And About 7.) That is, complementary polarity is about people with different perspectives or skills who are working in collaboration for a common goal.
7/14 dream: I was with sky serpents at their vibrational level in the Earth's higher frequencies. (See entries 1/12 and 1/26 in Out And About 8.) Along with this, I saw myself holding a Mayan feathered headdress. (In 2022, an image came to Michael of an ancient Mayan feathered headdress. There was an understanding that it, or what it represents, is of importance to me.) As the dream unfolded, I realized that in addition to the feathers representing community and higher connections (entry 12/23 in Out And About 8), they can also represent sky serpent (or Feathered Serpent) energies.
Note: Encounters With Star Nations Teams has more about my experiences with sky serpents. It began in 2020 when we were on vacation at the Outer Banks in North Carolina. For four years, I experienced them only at that location. Then, last year I was told, "You can connect with us anytime you want...not just when you are by the ocean."
Out And About 10 (2026)
2/17 medical qigong: As soon as I laid down on the acupuncture table, I had a vision of a Pleiadian starcraft hovering above the building. Along with it, I sensed that the crew felt great joy...that important work was being done. For Michael, as the energy work began, he saw white light and a tall female Pleiadian with blonde hair who was helping us. Along with her, he saw a male Pleiadian, also tall and blonde, who had a strong appearance. (Doing an energy reading on them, I understood that they were part of the crew of the starcraft that was above the building.) Finally, toward the end of the session, I saw an image of a car's stick shift being put into a higher gear, and then I saw an open road. With this, I felt sensations of flow and exhilaration.
3/7 message: Those who are following my blogs might have noticed that I do not use the words "aliens" and "UFO." I object to the word "aliens" because it expresses an us-and-them duality (often promoting fear). I prefer to say "star beings" or "star friends." As for "UFO," when I have dreams or visions of being on a starcraft, I know what it is. Thus, it is not unidentified. Along similar lines, regarding disclosure, we do not need to continue waiting for governments to announce that humanity is not alone. Rather, by tapping into higher levels of our consciousness in various ways, we can have firsthand experiences right now of how we are part of a vast community of life in the stars.
6/9 medical qigong: As the energy work began, I saw myself in a field of white light. There was no sense of place...just being in the light. It also felt that I was alone. At one point, an understanding came to me that I was the white light. When Michael worked on my heart (element fire), he saw a bright orange color, and I felt a sense of deep power. He also saw a tall masculine Star Being wearing ornate jewelry (as Michael described it). The Being was on my right side.
8/4 medical qigong: Through most of the session, I saw myself at a higher level and observed my team of Guides helping Michael with the energy work. In particular, I sensed Mantis energies in the mix.
9/29 dream: I went to a planet that was mostly water. I did not see any Beings; rather, I was focused on studying the planet. Afterwards, I understood that this is the home planet of a species of water-based Star Beings that I saw in 2018 and 2021 at the university in the Alcyone star system. (See entries 2/5 in Out And About 2 and 5/9 in Out About About 5.)

Then, after 16 months of acupuncture, I switched to medical qigong in 2018 when Michael began to offer it. Medical qigong is a direct application of energies (Qi) to the major organ systems. We quickly discovered, as we worked with higher and more refined energies, that intuitive messages and images would often come to us in our sessions. In particular, there were visions of us being helped in the energy work by my higher-level team of Guides along with other Star Beings. Michael and I came to understand that our collaboration goes far beyond the two of us.
The experiences described in this collection take us to the heart of who we think we are. This brings into focus many of the deeply embedded things in society that serve to define us -- as well as divide us -- such as attitudes about race, gender, national and political identities, social status, etc. By coming to a realization that these are based on artificial social constructs, it is possible that our self-identity can expand into a higher identity...one that we all have in common. This one thing could be a game changer for humanity and the world.
Out And About 1 (2017)
7/18 vision: At the Outer Banks (NC). A clear night sky. Looking at the Milky Way from the beach house deck, a vision came to me of a multitude of people, on this planet and in the stars, who are collaborating in a mission to help the Earth take her place as a member of the Star Nations community.
8/15 hemi-sync: During a hemi-sync meditation, I was in a library and knew that it represented my Higher Self. The library contained records of the multitude of lifetimes, as a Source Energy Being, that I have had on Earth and in many other places: different star systems, galaxies, dimensions, etc. (Visions of my Higher Self have also come to me as a huge cable containing a countless number of strands, with each one being a lifetime.)
10/22 dream: On a large starcraft. The craft seemed familiar to me. Rather than focusing on details about it, I was more interested in the crew. They were from different star systems, and it was clear that they worked together with deep respect, love, and cooperation.
12/7 message: "Whatever words we use to describe ourselves, we are infinitely more than that."
Out And About 2 (2018)
1/21 dream: A starcraft fleet. With this image, there was a message about how humanity is part of a vast family or community (in the stars) and is receiving love and help.
2/5 dream: Went to an off-planet university and met people who were collaborating with a water-based intelligent species.
2/12 dream: I was out in deep space with a Mantis Star Being. (One of my Guides.)
7/26 dream: In a large house with many visitors. People introduced themselves to me as though they knew me. There was a spirit of friendship, cooperation, and being part of a big-picture project.
Out And About 3 (2019)
2/18 dream: I was traveling in deep space and saw bright points of light that stood out. As I watched the lights, they began to move, and I had an understanding that they were "Diamond Light" Beings (how I saw them).
2/24 dream: In the stars with a Native American woman. Tonantzin? (Several dreams or visions of her came to me in February.)
3/27 dream: I was shown how humans have primal urges to battle and win. The scene shifted. I was in space, among the stars, and a word came to me..."origins."
4/5 medical qigong: Michael saw an image of a large structure. I saw it as having a radiant white color. Three Star Beings were standing in front of the structure, and there was an understanding that they were Arcturians. It felt to me that I had a connection with them and this place.
4/24 medical qigong: A vision came to Michael of the three Star Beings that we first saw several weeks ago. They told him to "keep doing this" (medical qigong for me). Inside the Arcturian structure, I saw a beam of white light going from my heart out to the stars. Then, the beam split into a vast number of them. Each beam was connected to a particular star system having an advanced planetary civilization. With this, words came into my mind: "These are the Star Nations."
8/23 dream: I was in deep space and saw bubble-like Beings of various sizes.
10/10 vision: A tall Being with light blue skin. Feminine, flowing features, and powerful energies. (One of my Guides.)
Out And About 4 (2020)
3/14 vision: Images of ancient Crete. I saw a group of men and women doing energy work. All of them had connections with the stars. There were sensations of very powerful energies.
6/14 vision: At our farmhouse in WV. When we arrived and walked across the yard toward the house, I felt a quality of energy that was new to me. (However, there was also something familiar about it.) Later, I was standing on the porch. Feeling this energy again, I looked up and saw a starcraft partially materialize in the sky. I felt a deep joy and mentally sent love and gratitude to the crew. In return, I felt love and gratitude from them. (This actually happened.)
8/12 medical qigong: While doing energy work on me, Michael looked down and saw a THIRD HAND. Amazed, he turned and saw a Pleiadian standing next to him who was helping us.
Out And About 5 (2021)
1/29 medical qigong: There was a small flash of white light, and within it was the face of a Star Being (Arcturian, I sensed). It was right in front of my face for several moments, and then it disappeared.
3/19 medical qigong: I found myself on Mars. (There was no traveling. Rather, I was suddenly there.) I had an understanding that intelligent life is on that planet. However, they are in a higher frequency range. Then, I was walking in a long tunnel or corridor (into an underground complex, I sensed).
4/2 medical qigong: I was inside a golden pyramid. (I first encountered it in 2018. See entry 9/19 in Out And About 2.) The structure is extremely ancient, and I saw it as being hollow or like an inverted funnel. Looking for words to describe it, I heard “making deep connections.” And, there was an understanding that Beings from many star systems come to this pyramid for energy work...that it has special functions. Then, Michael received a message for me: "Kazinan is home." Doing an energy reading on the word kazinan, I understood that it is the fourth planet in the Electra star system (Pleiades star cluster). I also understood that the golden pyramid is on that planet.
4/22 dream: With a group, we went to a series of places in the higher planes that had Mayan-like structures. I was shown a chart that listed around 100 levels. Each one had particular qualities. (More about this is in entry 10/24 in Out And About 6.)
4/23 medical qigong: We were with a council inside the Arcturian structure (entry 4/5 in Out And About 3). Then, I saw a fleet of starcrafts around the Earth and heard the words, "More help is coming" (for humanity). Michael saw a group of Energy Beings (not humanoid). He drew a sketch of them. They were like thin clouds that were vertical and had a sparkling appearance. Toward the end of the session, I had a brief vision of Michael as a Star Being.
5/2 message: As I looked at tall oak trees today, I felt a deep connection with them. It went beyond feeling life energy to sensing their intelligence. There was also a message that humanity is often blind to how other life forms that are living with us on this planet have intelligence.
5/9 dream: At a university, I saw a series of tall aquariums with different kinds of fish. The last one had a water-based species of Star Beings...not fish. There were so many in the aquarium that it appeared that they were overpopulated. However, I understood that, as multidimensional beings, they have the ability to go wherever they want to live their lives.
Note: I had a previous visit with them in 2018. See entry 2/5 in Out And About 2. It is now my understanding that this university is in the Alcyone star system (Pleiades).
6/16 message: "When humanity learns that we are not alone in the universe, it will be like discovering parts of our family tree that no one told us about."
11/16 medical qigong: I saw myself in deep space. Then, a dolphin was with me in the cosmic ocean.
Out And About 6 (2022)
1/18 medical qigong: There was a vision of Michael and me with my Guides and other Star Beings. We stood with them at their frequency level, and there was a distinct sense of equality...that all of us were teammates. Then, when Michael worked on my heart, he saw a stone archway surrounded with mounds of snow. An orange light came through the entrance. There was an understanding that this site is in Antarctica. As Michael drew a sketch of it, I suddenly said, "Mars...there is a connection with Mars!" (This came as an inner knowing.) Later, at home, I did energy readings on the site and understood that it is an ancient transportation system (Arcturian technology, I sensed) between Earth and Mars. The site has been dormant for a very long time. However, at some point it will be reactivated.
1/24 dream: I was with a group at a high frequency, and we participated in a ceremony. When I awoke, there was an understanding that the group included Beings from around 20 star systems.
3/13 messages: On 3/6, Sterling (an intuitive reader that I have followed for the past year) received a message from his Guides that three groups of Star Beings helped to stabilize a nuclear power plant in Ukraine after a fire was started in it. Afterwards, I did an energy reading on the three groups and understood that they were Pleiadians, Arcturians, and Lyrans. I then wrote to Sterling about this and asked for more details. Happily, my message was included in his show today. Sterling's Guides confirmed that the three groups were Pleiadians, Arcturians, and Lyrans, as I received in my reading. In addition, they provided more details, including how Hybrid Beings, part technology and part cell structure, were also used (as technicians, I sense). This is an example of how the Star Nations are working behind the scenes to help humanity and the planet.
3/17 message: The words "Star Nations in Residence" came into my mind. Then, there was a vision of many Star Beings who are currently having a human lifetime. Each person in this group represents a star system in the Star Nations community and utilizes its special qualities in their mission here.
4/26 medical qigong: For Michael, he had a brief glimpse of a humanoid Star Being with darker skin who was helping us (entry 9/27 has another experience with him). Toward the end of the session, I felt a state of being that I described to Michael as "sparkling light."
5/24 medical qigong: The current state of Earth was discussed in a Star Nations council. From what I understood, in addition to the ways that are already being used to help humanity, the Star Nations will connect with more people through higher-level dreams. (This is similar to entry 8/24 in Out And About 5.)
6/21 vision: Mars in the far-distant past. I saw landscapes and higher-frequency Beings. There was a message: "If one does not have a physical body (dense matter), then it does not matter what the physical conditions are like on a planet in order for intelligent life to exist there."
7/5 medical qigong: Waiting for my appointment, I went into a relaxed state, and a vision came to me of being on a starcraft. I saw how conditions on Earth are monitored by the Star Nations. Complex coordination takes place between many councils and collectives in their ongoing support for humanity's growth into higher consciousness. Michael received several images during our session: a silver craft, a group of Star Beings, an orange light in the background (see note), and a device that appeared to be some kind of a gauge.
Note: I wondered if this was related to our 1/18 session when a vision came to Michael of an ancient transportation system between Earth and Mars in Antarctica. In that vision, he saw an orange light coming through the entrance.
9/24 dream: I saw myself with many teachers in a large room at a university. Then, as the dream continued, I was with a class, and I used an image of a spider web to explore aspects of light, sound, and vibration with them.
Note: More has come to me about this dream. I now understand that it takes place in higher Earth frequencies (not on another planet), and people can come to this school, as well as to others, during sleep. This is one of the ways that the Star Nations are using to connect with more people (entry 5/24).
9/27 medical qigong: As Michael worked on my heart, a vision came to him of a humanoid Star Being with darker skin (first encountered in our 4/26 session). The Being smiled and said to Michael, "He's finding it." (We understood that this meant me.)
Update 12/28: Doing an energy reading on the Star Being in Michael's vision, I am understanding that he is from the Alnilam star system (middle star of Orion's Belt).
10/24 vision: Standing at the customer service counter of the food store, an image came into my mind of what appeared to be a Maya Elder.
Note: It is now my understanding that he served as a guide to the higher-plane structures in entry 4/22 in Out And About 5.
10/25 medical qigong: Another masterful session with Michael. It served as a reminder that our organs are physical manifestations of particular energies. This is represented by the attributes that are given to the five major organ systems in Traditional Chinese Medicine. From this perspective, the human body is a physical manifestation of ourselves as energy beings.
12/6 medical qigong: Energy work was being done on multiple levels of myself by a separate team at each level. At the highest level, I saw myself as a Light Being. I was with a small group of similar Beings, and we were communicating with one another.
Out And About 7 (2023)
3/13 message: Connecting with my team of Guides this morning, I heard these words: "You are one of us."
The following entry is about experiencing equality energetically. The directional placement of the four elements that I use in my practices was received in teachings from the K'iche' Maya Elder Rigoberto Itzep Chanchavac in Guatemala.
4/1 vision: When I received a message about "working in pairs" several months ago, one of the images that came to me was two bar magnets. One magnet was horizontal, and the other was vertical. Combined, they formed an equal-arm cross and represented the four directions: east (+) and west (-), horizontal; north (+) and south (-), vertical. Yang and yin are also part of the image of the combined bar magnets and four directions. For each magnet, yang leads to yin (grounding). Horizontal (yin): east, fire (+) = lesser yang; west, earth (-) = greater yin. Vertical (yang): north, air (+) = greater yang; south, water (-) = lesser yin. By using these attributes for the four directions and sensing them energetically, there is an experience of what I describe as a vibrational framework of existence. That is, directly and without a veneer of language. It is also interesting to reflect on how fire (lesser yang) and water (lesser yin) have transformative natures. Fire = combustion. Water = dissolution. Interacting with the other two elements, fire has an upward movement into air (greater yang), and water has a downward movement into earth (greater yin).
5/5 medical qigong: Several images came to Michael. When he worked on my left lung, he had an experience of neiguan or inner vision, in which he saw the lung filled with shimmering white light. With my heart, he saw the face of a dark-skinned woman who was laughing. I understood that this was my primary Guide, a female Reptoid Star Being, appearing to him in a human form. (She has a wonderful sense of humor and has done this, in different forms, several times in previous sessions.) I also understood that it was a message to humanity about outward appearances.
6/23 medical qigong: While I was sitting in the waiting room, I felt a large energetic presence, and I suddenly realized that a whale had connected with me. Then, I saw us in deep space, and it felt like we were teammates as star travelers. When my session with Michael began, I felt the usual love and help from my Guides. With that, there was a vision of a person underwater in an old diving suit, with an air hose going up to the surface and a crew operating the air pump. I had an immediate understanding that this represents how my Guides and Star Friends are supporting me in this human life in Earth's physical density.
7/7 medical qigong: A vision of landscapes on Mars. Then, unexpectedly, there was a message about connections between Mars and whales. When I did an energy reading on the possibility of whales (as interstellar Beings) having lived in the ancient Martian oceans, I received a strong "yes."
Note: In having these messages about whales, it is my understanding that they have a special mission on numerous planets in the Star Nations community.
7/21 medical qigong: Michael and I were surrounded by Star Beings who were helping us. A core group consisted of four Beings: A dark-skinned Being from Alnilam (entry 9/27 in Out And About 6) was standing by my feet. A tall female Being with light blue skin (one of my Guides) was at my left side. A male Mantis Being (also one of my Guides) was at my right side. And, my primary Guide (a female Reptoid Being) was behind my head. Unexpectedly, I realized that a whale (entry 6/23) was below me, and above me was a large starcraft. This formed the Six Directions. There were also several tall, very powerful Beings in the background, and I understood that they were Birth Angels. When Michael worked on my heart, a vision came to me of three Arcturians (entry 4/5 in Out And About 3) standing together. The one in the middle held a device that had a trident-like shape...except the middle prong was shorter than the outer two. (This was similar to one that Michael saw last year. See entry 2/16 in Out And About 6.) At one point, the Arcturian moved the device up to his forehead in a way that reminded me of a salute.
9/1 medical qigong: As the session progressed, I felt a powerful Mantis energy in the room. When I told Michael about it, he said that he had a vision of a Mantis Being as he worked on my lungs. We also received help from other kinds of Star Beings. However, I experienced the Mantis energy as being predominant today. Then, when Michael worked on my heart, there was a vision of a translucent Being.
12/1 medical qigong: Several messages and images came to Michael. When he worked on my lungs, he heard “advancement.” Then, with my heart, he saw three shapes that he described as manifestations of light. He drew a sketch of them; however, they were not like anything that I had seen before. Doing an energy reading on them, I understood that they were starcrafts from another galaxy. Along with this, Michael had a vision of three Star Beings and heard the words “three at the table.” It seemed to me that this was a council (or part of one). Doing a reading on the Beings, I understood that they were with the three starcrafts as representatives from their galaxy.
Note: The starcrafts reminded me of this dream from last year: "I was on a starcraft. However, this time, the craft was unfamiliar to me. I understood that it was from another galaxy, and the words 'making new connections' came into my mind." (Entry 4/20 in Out And About 6.)
Out And About 8 (2024)
9/23 dream: I was at a conference. It took place at the university in the Alcyone system. Later in the dream, the conference came to an end. I knew that it was time to go home, and at that moment I woke up. After a short time, I fell asleep and began to dream again. I was back at the university. This time, I was in a clear enclosure and doing something with plants. They had small pink and white flowers and were in containers with a white-colored liquid. As I continued to work with the plants, I noticed that two small Star Beings were with me. They had a duck-like appearance (how I saw them in the dream). However, it was clear that they were intelligent Beings. One of them greeted me like an old friend.
9/27 medical qigong: Several images came to Michael. One of them was a feminine Star Being. He described her as having pinkish skin and a bump on her forehead. Doing an energy reading on her, I understood that she is a new member of my team of Guides.
10/18 message: On Sterling's Youtube show last week, a question was asked about whether the Dalai Lama has met E.T.s. The answer from his Guides was "yes, many times." Doing an energy reading on this, I understood that it was with Pleiadians from the Alcyone star system. And, it was through higher-level experiences. That is, non-physical.
Out And About 9 (2025)
1/3 medical qigong: While I was sitting in the waiting room, I saw myself with a pod of whales in the stars. This vision continued into our session. As the energy work unfolded, I saw Michael standing on my left, and there was a brief vision of a non-humanoid translucent Being on my right that was helping us.
Note: I have had a series of higher-level experiences with whales, starting with one in 2023. (See entries 6/23, 7/7, and 7/21 in Out And About 7.) Now, the connections have expanded to more of them. I have come to understand that whales, as interstellar Beings having physical Earth lives, are part of the Star Nations mission to help humanity and the Earth.
3/27 dream: I was with a group of Indigenous Americans who were doing Spirit work. At first, I only saw the men. However, as the dream progressed, I saw women who were also participating. I sensed that the women's energy work was at deeper levels with the Earth. It was clear that both were needed for balance and completeness. They welcomed me, and I did my energy work with the stars as a contribution to their practices.
5/2 medical qigong: Michael saw the pink female Star Being helping us again. Along with it, there were several images: left lung (element metal) = a tower and antenna, right lung = a blue Avian (bird) Star Being, heart (element fire) = my granddaughter, and liver (element wood) = a beautiful dark green color. When he asked about what I needed to know, he saw an image of two separated semicircles, representing above and below. I knew that it was the 11:11 symbol for the Universal Law of Symmetry. (See Chief Golden Light Eagle's book Maka Wicahpi Wicohan.)
Note: While I have heard about Avian Star Beings, this was the first time that one had joined us in our energy work.
5/11 message: I was reflecting just now about how I have had a number of dreams and visions lately about Indigenous American ceremonies and Mayan pyramids. As I thought about this, I heard "old friends."
5/26 message: Sitting on our deck, I felt a tingling in the top of my head. Then, I felt the energetic presence of a starcraft (it could not be seen) above our house. Wondering about the craft, I heard "Pleiadian." There was a deep sense of love coming to me from the crew. In turn, I sent love and gratitude to them. Finally, there was a surprising message: "We are going to stir up good trouble."...and I laughed.
Note: This experience is similar to one that I had in 2020 at our farmhouse in WV. (See entry 6/14 in Out And About 6.)
7/2 dream: I was shown several documents. (I understood that they had to do with the Star Nations team that went to the Gobi.) Then, I heard the words "complementary polarity."
Note: I see this as another message about "working in pairs." (See entry 4/1 in Out And About 7.) That is, complementary polarity is about people with different perspectives or skills who are working in collaboration for a common goal.
7/14 dream: I was with sky serpents at their vibrational level in the Earth's higher frequencies. (See entries 1/12 and 1/26 in Out And About 8.) Along with this, I saw myself holding a Mayan feathered headdress. (In 2022, an image came to Michael of an ancient Mayan feathered headdress. There was an understanding that it, or what it represents, is of importance to me.) As the dream unfolded, I realized that in addition to the feathers representing community and higher connections (entry 12/23 in Out And About 8), they can also represent sky serpent (or Feathered Serpent) energies.
Note: Encounters With Star Nations Teams has more about my experiences with sky serpents. It began in 2020 when we were on vacation at the Outer Banks in North Carolina. For four years, I experienced them only at that location. Then, last year I was told, "You can connect with us anytime you want...not just when you are by the ocean."
Out And About 10 (2026)
2/17 medical qigong: As soon as I laid down on the acupuncture table, I had a vision of a Pleiadian starcraft hovering above the building. Along with it, I sensed that the crew felt great joy...that important work was being done. For Michael, as the energy work began, he saw white light and a tall female Pleiadian with blonde hair who was helping us. Along with her, he saw a male Pleiadian, also tall and blonde, who had a strong appearance. (Doing an energy reading on them, I understood that they were part of the crew of the starcraft that was above the building.) Finally, toward the end of the session, I saw an image of a car's stick shift being put into a higher gear, and then I saw an open road. With this, I felt sensations of flow and exhilaration.
3/7 message: Those who are following my blogs might have noticed that I do not use the words "aliens" and "UFO." I object to the word "aliens" because it expresses an us-and-them duality (often promoting fear). I prefer to say "star beings" or "star friends." As for "UFO," when I have dreams or visions of being on a starcraft, I know what it is. Thus, it is not unidentified. Along similar lines, regarding disclosure, we do not need to continue waiting for governments to announce that humanity is not alone. Rather, by tapping into higher levels of our consciousness in various ways, we can have firsthand experiences right now of how we are part of a vast community of life in the stars.
6/9 medical qigong: As the energy work began, I saw myself in a field of white light. There was no sense of place...just being in the light. It also felt that I was alone. At one point, an understanding came to me that I was the white light. When Michael worked on my heart (element fire), he saw a bright orange color, and I felt a sense of deep power. He also saw a tall masculine Star Being wearing ornate jewelry (as Michael described it). The Being was on my right side.
8/4 medical qigong: Through most of the session, I saw myself at a higher level and observed my team of Guides helping Michael with the energy work. In particular, I sensed Mantis energies in the mix.
9/29 dream: I went to a planet that was mostly water. I did not see any Beings; rather, I was focused on studying the planet. Afterwards, I understood that this is the home planet of a species of water-based Star Beings that I saw in 2018 and 2021 at the university in the Alcyone star system. (See entries 2/5 in Out And About 2 and 5/9 in Out About About 5.)
