Disclosure
With so much being posted on social media about disclosure (with much of it being speculation), I was curious about how often the word was mentioned in my Out And About blogs.
This is what I found...
For the first four years of my collaboration with Michael Perfetto, starting in 2017 with acupuncture and later with medical qigong, the word "disclosure" was not used in any of my blogs. However, it was clear to us that the Star Nations (community of advanced planetary civilizations) are working with many people in various ways, such as through off-planet dreams. Importantly, we saw how they are committed to helping humanity grow into higher levels of consciousness, learn how to live together on this planet, and become an interstellar people. To be clear, there is nothing dark about their intentions toward humanity.
The first mention of disclosure came in this 2021 entry:
4/27 message: "There needs to be more to Disclosure than an official confirmation of how we are not alone in the cosmos. This is like one side of an equation. The other side of the equation is for humanity to have a bigger-picture understanding of who they are. Both sides are needed to see how they are connected."
Then, there was another one several weeks later:
5/20 dream: I was with a group in a restaurant. We waited for a server to come to our table. We waited and waited... Finally, one came, and I spoke with him about the long wait. The scene changed, and we were on the sidewalk of a neighborhood street. I saw people (not the staff from the restaurant) working together to carry food on large platters. The platters were set up on long tables as an outdoor buffet. As I awoke from this dream, there was an understanding that it represented the differences between Disclosure (waiting for a top-down official announcement about the reality of intelligent life beyond Earth) and Emergence (a bottom-up transformation of consciousness from within humanity that will lead to the public knowledge of this reality).
After this, there were no occurrences of disclosure until 2025. All of them in that year were about the Pleiadian post-disclosure project that is based at the university in the Alcyone star system.
Here is the first entry about the project:
5/5 dream: I was in a meeting at the university in the Alcyone star system (Pleiades). The building that we were in was familiar to me. It felt like I had returned to it. There was a discussion of how I will have a role in a project that will prepare more Pleiadians to help humanity and the Earth after Full Disclosure (of how humanity is not alone in the universe) has taken place. It was my understanding that I would begin to do this while I am still having this physical Earth life (as higher-level experiences) as well as after it. As I awoke from the dream, I was in an energetic state of being that was beyond description.
Note: It is now my understanding that other star systems are creating similar post-disclosure projects (coordinated by the Star Nations). Each one will focus on particular ways to help humanity and the Earth.
Now, in 2026, there have been a number of entries that have the word disclosure.
Here are several of them:
1/6 medical qigong: I felt a collective presence of members of the Pleiadian post-disclosure project. Along with it, there was an understanding that the project will ramp up its work with humanity and the Earth this year.
3/7 message: Those who are following my blogs might have noticed that I do not use the words "aliens" and "UFO." I object to the word "aliens" because it expresses an us-and-them duality (often promoting fear). I prefer to say "star beings" or "star friends." As for "UFO," when I have dreams or visions of being on a starcraft, I know what it is. Thus, it is not unidentified. Along similar lines, regarding disclosure, we do not need to continue waiting for governments to announce that humanity is not alone. Rather, by tapping into higher levels of our consciousness in various ways, we can have firsthand experiences right now of how we are part of a vast community of life in the stars.
4/6 dream: I heard the words "preparing for disclosure." Then, I saw more people tapping into an inner knowing of that reality.
4/13 message: A key part of disclosure is to understand that it is both external and internal. External = We are not alone. Internal = Who are we? (Hint: We are much more than having a single life on this one planet.)
4/21 message: During Sterling's YouTube show last Sunday, he said that the Star Nations have intervened (behind the scenes) seven times recently to diffuse events that potentially could have become life-ending for the planet. No details were given; however, he said that information about this will become public knowledge as disclosure unfolds. In many of my blog entries, I have described how the Star Nations are monitoring conditions on Earth to help humanity get through these difficult times and grow into learning to live together on this planet. Along with this, he also said that the Artemis II crew saw and photographed Star Nations' bases on the far side of the moon. It is being kept secret. However, it will become public knowledge after disclosure.
5/12 medical qigong: As the energy work started, I saw myself with a Star Nations council, and I heard, "Disclosure is coming" (from the Star Nations). Then, I was with the Pleiadian post-disclosure project team at the university in the Alcyone system. I heard, "We are ready." There was also a message about the natural world on Earth being prepared (it is my sense that trees and whales have important roles).
5/15 dream: I was in what appeared to be a radio station. Looking at the equipment, I saw many cables and wires. As I was still in the dream, I understood that the radio station represents connecting work that is being done by the Pleiadian post-disclosure project team (as well as by similar projects in other star systems).
Note: I see this dream as being a continuation of the Disclosure messages that came to me in our 5/12 medical qigong session.
5/22 message: I do not make predictions. However, for several weeks, I have been hearing "July" in my mind. Today, the message narrowed to "the second week" and then to "the 9th and 10th." Along with this, I saw images of a formation of starcrafts coming down the East Coast (N to S). I understood that the starcrafts would be at a higher vibrational frequency. Thus, instead of people having visual sightings of the crafts, there would be experiences with them at higher levels of one's consciousness (frequency match).
Note: It is now my understanding that similar flyovers will take place over time in many other places around the world.
5/26 medical qigong: I received several messages about Disclosure. First, there was an image of a train coming down the tracks, and I heard, "There is no stopping it." Then, I saw myself inside the Arcturian structure (entry 4/5 in Out And About 3), and I was with a Star Nations council. There was a sense of excitement coming from the council members. They thanked Michael and me (along with a great many others) for the work that we are doing in Earth life. Along with this, I heard, "If you need a confirmation (of Disclosure), this is it." And then, "You can take it to the bank."...and I laughed. (Our Star Friends have a great sense of humor.)
6/3 video: The eleventh video with Anouk Sophia was recorded. Much of it is about disclosure.
To sum it up, it is safe to say that there will be governmental disclosure at some point (likely from other countries before the US). However, I suspect that it will be distorted. I think of "real" disclosure as the detailed information that will be presented worldwide to humanity by the Star Nations as well as the disclosure (as an emergence process) that is currently taking place with many people as they discover more about who and what they are...and how humanity is part of a vast community of life in the stars.
